Ralph is an incredibly knowledgeable, wise, and empathetic counselor/coach. Not pushy, not rah-rah, just there to listen and offer sage advice backed by years of real-world experience. I find myself alternating between wondering what Ralph would say and remembering something Ralph did say when facing tough professional situations. Highly recommended.

Ralph came into my life at the end of 2020 when I was newly promoted to a managerial role.
