They offered a refund but I now need to open a PayPal account in order to receive a refund. Not happening

This company keeps on forcing me to rate them nicely even though they trick users into buying “bargained” €1,49 products, only to then charge €46 into everyone’s account. Even thought this move was obvious to me and tried to not get hit by the big charge, they still managed to discount the money from my account. With actions of this kind, they deserve everyone to know how they act and be alert.

An escalation manager named, Emerald reached out to me via email and addressed my frustrations about the membership fee. I appreciate her for going beyond what needed to be done. Sie haben mich ohne mein Wissen, mit gefälschten Facebook-Anzeigen bei zwei Websites anzumelden, und Geld von meinem Bankkonto abgebucht.

I was scammed and without my knowledge registered on 2 sites using fake Facebook ads and money was withdrawn from my bank account.
This is a scam!!
