Couldn't of asked for a better service, lovely hire care sorted straight away hassle free, and it only took 18 days from the start of my claim to being paid, couldn't be happier 😀

I have been kept up to date with every stage of the claim, which was no fault of mine, having been hit by another party resulting in my car being written off. Everyone has been extremely reassuring and supportive, particularly Conor Hogan and "Ian".

The service was seamless, so prompt, and constant communication too. The replacement vehicle was ready for delivery within approximately 40 minutes after accident reporting. It could have been delivered before i even left the scene, leaving the damaged vehicle at spot and driving the provided vehicle from there straight away,but the road was closed and i had to let them deliver it after i get home. Awesome service. BRAVO

After experiencing a terrible road accident recently I am so grateful that I found myself on the phone with Callum Smith. I could not have wished for a more supportive, professional and understanding person who restored my calm after being shaken up by the experience. He was thorough, patient and very understanding in his approach and empathised with how I was feeling which meant the world when you find yourself in a very vulnerable position...excellent customer service skills!...Thank you Callum!

Connor Hogan dealt with my case and again 100% person centred approach which was so appreciated. He was efficient, knew his job and sign posted me to other agencies who needed to speak to me explaining each step while walking me through it...again, a gentle approach which was very calming and very professional...thank you Connor!

Very quick in collecting my car and also providing me with a courtesy car, pleasant on arrival very helpful and reassuring.
