Writing this after passing my manual test first time at Cannock Street!! Zed Patel is an amazing driving instructor. Previously I had spent 40 hours with another instructor from A Class, who was sucking my money out and I felt stuck at square one. When I switched to Acclaim, and picked Zed, it felt like a natural fit. Within the first lesson I instantly dropped my anxiety and worries about driving. Zed makes learning easy, straightforward, comfortable and relaxing. When mistakes happen he is calm and understanding, helping you to understand what went wrong and how to correct it. Very kind and patient instructor. Would thoroughly recommend!! In 20 hours I passed first time with only 3 minors.

I started as a new driver with no previous experience. My instructor tanzeem was very understanding and adapt perfectly to my way of learning. His a calm and friendly person. I didn't feel any stress/anxiety at all, i enjoyed learning and driving. With his experience, lessons were well planned as i learned to drive on every types of roads and adapt to many situations. Closer to my test we tackled my weaknesses and learn test routes. I passed first try with 1 minor which is many thanks to tanzeem and i would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Brian Torbitt he was a great instructor, taught everything with ease and was very clear as it showed with my test as I passed first time. I highly recommend Brian he was brilliant.

Adrian was incredibly helpful and gave me great insight into my driving. He calmly explained my mistakes and showed me how I could improve. Thank you for all your knowledge, patience, and support throughout my lessons. I highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking to start learning to drive!

I had Matt as my instructor, from the start he put me at ease all the way up until test day. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for an instructor

Travis was amazing with my son (after a pretty poor experience with a different driving school in the area) and helped him pass 1st time. Would definitely recommend.

Done around 5-6 driving tests with Nathan, all failed because of my inability to control my nerves, Nathan believed that i could pass as long as i control my emotions during the test i will surely pass, as of today i am officialy a licensed driver passing with only 3 minors, if you are looking for an amazingly skilled and patient driving instructor Nathan is the person for you, definitely would recommend!

Graham was my driving instructor and he was very nice patient and understood how to help me learn. I was really struggling with parking and he helped me find my reference points.

Good driving instructor and helped me learn how to drive safely and, if I made a mistake she would always find a way to help me fix it and get better but also more confident.

Guy made me feel really comfortable, helping me pass first time. He gave simple, direct feedback and instructions that made me progress quickly.

I had niya from the start and he helped me build my confidence so much. He’s also a someone I felt comfortable with from the start to talk to like a friend which for me is very important to actually be able to enjoy my lessons.

Started driving with Francis as my instructor, I had no previous driving experience. Within just four months I passed my test with only 2 minors. I could not have had a better instructor, Francis was patient, firm and reassuring each leason. He didn’t linger on mistakes and pushed forwards to instead make sure it didn’t happen again. I seriously couldn’t recommend anyone better. 😁

Debbie is a fantastic teacher and so lovely. I couldn’t have done it on such short notice without her.

Powerman Nipapa was an incredible driving instructor and it is all thanks to him that I passed my driving test on the first attempt! Throughout my entire journey learning to drive, Powerman’s guidance and patience during lessons enabled me with the confidence to take the wheel, assured that he would react to assist me at any times I was uncertain or made a mistake on the road and then help train me not to make those same mistakes in future. The company, Acclaim Driving, themselves were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed to rearrange a lesson, and I have never had any issues with booking lessons through Acclaim. I am very grateful for Acclaim and Powerman, and I would definitely recommend them both – and I will miss my chats with Powerman about the football!

Can’t thank Adrian McKinley enough for his lessons , taking a man who didn’t want to drive, and never thought he would drive , to passing first time in his mid thirties.

Aswell as being a great teacher , is a top bloke who puts you at ease and takes the stress out the lessons enabling you to learn and progress.

After a bit of a scramble when my previous instructor couldn't accommodate my test date, I reached out to Acclaim Driving, and I'm so glad I did! The entire team was wonderful; booking lessons and making payments was a breeze. I particularly appreciated the personal touch of them checking in after my first lesson.

I had just 5 hours of lessons with Simon, and I'm incredibly grateful for his patience and dedication. He has a real knack for explaining concepts in various ways, which truly helped me grasp the safest driving techniques. Thanks to Simon, I felt confident and well-prepared, and I passed my test!
