My husband and I are loyal customers at ACE #0877. We have always received excellent service at this location and my husband especially wants to express his appreciation for Ms. Kenyetta. She is a professional, hard working and knowledgeable person who makes his visits there a pleasant experience. The Jefferson's wish her the best in all she endeavors to do.

Great experience visiting Ace Cash Express on El Cajon Blvd. I went in and spoke with Ms. Teresa Ramirez and she explained every detail to me, and was very polite and patient. I will be giving them my business.

I was contacted by an ACE Cash Express Representative for an installment loan that I applied for online.
As we were going through the verification process, the representative said he was recording the conversation. He stated his name was Jason Smith. He described your company in detail, down to the fact that you are not a broker company. He explained the terms of the loan.
Flags started going off because I have never had finance charges ONLY be $1500. When he said there would be a deposit drop in my account for verification purposes, I understood. But then he said I would have to Zelle him the money back. Normal account verification monies would stay pending long enough for the verification process, then they would disappear. I asked if I could speak to Christy Brown, who also called me. He said she was his supervisor but worked in a different building.

Lastly, he asked me for my USERID to access the initiation of the deposit. I told him that I needed to call my bank and that I would call him directly back.

While my husband called our bank, I called your company. I spoke to Alex. When I asked for his employer ID or his full name, he said that it was not company policy to provide that information. I explained what happened and he told me to send an email to the inbox.

My name is Esther Poku on the 09/21/22 I went to Dale City store to apply for a loan and I must say the employee Ingrid was awesome. She was polite, helpful and go above and beyond to help me. I love her pretty smile. I will refer anybody who need assistance to go to that store.

I was travelling around the USA for a month and desperately needed to cash some cheques (I had 39 cents to my name) when I went to the ACE Cash Express on 5045 Wayne Ave, Philadelphia. Here, I met Frederika who was a massive help in getting my cheques cashed, and did a fantastic job at persevering despite difficulties. She even stayed 15 minutes past closing time to get my cheques cashed. I am incredibly grateful to Frederika and ACE Cash Express for saving my neck - they were the reason I could continue my travels and I don't know what I would have done without them. I hope this review gets back to that store as well as management as I really want to say a massive thank you, especially to Frederika as she without doubt deserves a raise. Thank you so much!
