Consistent Reliable Service
Consistent reliable service is what I always get at this 301 East 8th Ave, Homestead, PA location. Teressa is always warm & friendly. It should be noted that this business/service is VITAL to our neighborhood and having a competent customer service rep behind the glass is a Plus.

Do not purchase Netspend Cards through…
Do not purchase Netspend Cards through ACE. My card has been compromised twice. Both times, I had my card in my possession. On 2/26/23, someone took all my money. The customer service closes around 8:00 L.A. time. There is no way to report fraudulent activity on your account.
Since ACE must be aware of these issues, I will no longer be a consumer with their company.

Today I entered Ace Cash Express Store #1366 on Broadway Blvd in Garland Tx. I was greeted with the upmost profound feeling I had ever felt before in a while. A young woman named Martina Jones was extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable and was able to take care of my needs from the time I arrived at the store. I really appreciate the time, patience, and care she provided to me. We need more associates like her at every location. Thank you Martina for your support and services. I am a very happy and satisfied customer because of you.
