Angie was help funny and had a beautiful smile She was respectful and she explained the port card to me in great detail that made me actually want to open a port card with her on my next visit she has a real winning personality she is truly amazing she was in the Bloomfield store

Arianna, was really fantastic today and she was so respectful. She cashed my & check sent me home with a card!! I will be going back thanks to her, she’s a wonderful worker!!

The Henderson branch is very sufficient nice employees they always smile even when rude customers come in with attitudes they stay professional 👍🏾👍🏾

I looked everywhere on the Internet to find out when my Ace Cash Express payday loan was due, but I could not find it anywhere. All each site kept saying were ads about how to apply and to register with them. They did not send me a reminder about when my payday loan was due, and I really did try to find out to no avail. I paid them off on August 14, 2024, but the loan was due on August 2, 2024. Now I can't get a loan with them anymore. I am frustrated and do not know what to do. It says, "Poor performance with us" when I try to get a payday loan with them. I HATE THIS! Does anyone know how long I will have to wait before I can get another loan with these guys, especially since I paid the loan back late?

It's always been great with Alicia and Diane. They give 100% plus; excellent customer service. Recently, I went to ACE, and Alicia and Diane was not there. I met a lady name Esmeralda and she had excellent customer service. I give her two thumbs up. Esmeralda should be with Alicia and Dianne at the ACE. Good work.

I Really Had A Great Experience At Ace Cash Express.Carolyn helped me With taking money off my EBT card to pay my PG&E Bill.Which I did not know you can take money off EBT card like a ATM. So I was very excited,she was sooo perfessional,and helpful also very knowledgeable about the company she worked for. I actually though she was the manager because of the way she carried her self her Knowledge and how quick she helped the people who was infront of me.She Deserves a raise and she was by herself helping people and getting them out.That Day I was so frustrated because everywhere I went I couldn’t pay my Pg&e bill ONE OF THE BEST WORKERS I DEALT WITH AT THIS LOCATION SHE NEED A RAISE AND TO MOVE ON UP!!!!ONLY PERSON I WANT TO HELP ME

I have done business with Ace Cash Express for a very long time. I kept the past Pay Day loans documents on file. During the time I had loans with this company, I paid on time until the very last one was paid late due to Bank of America closing my account because of unusual circumstances. When the bank closed my account, I did not have access to my funds to pay Ace Cash Express on a timely basis. However, I know my obligations with Ace Cash Express and kept in touch explaining the issues about my funds. Eventually, I opened a more reliable bank with Wells Fargo and once I received my funds, I did pay the last loan. Then when I tried to apply for another Payday loan with Ace Cash Express, it stated
“Poor Loan Performance with us”. This statement still says the same thing after a couple of years and customer service has the nerve to say try it again over and over soon. Every time I tried, the statement remains the same, “Poor Loan Performance with us”.

This shows me that Ace Cash Express will not listen to reason if you have issues with the bank. Do they want me to rob the bank just to get the funds for their convenience? I have dealt with Ace Cash Express Payday competitors like Advance America, Speedy Loan, USA Cash Express, and many more. This is the only Payday loan will not work with you and not being realistic. Sounds like the CEO of Ace Express Cash has unrealistic expectations and is just greedy. I would not deal with Ace Cash Express; this Payday company is not realistic when it comes to lending loans.
