Store # 3226 Michelle is so great she sweet and she can have a conversation and work fast at the same time she gets her customer and in out u don't have to be in line for 45 minutes waiting like the other cashier cause she can't work in talk at the same time so if u go there in see Michelle just know u will be and in out if u see the other girl just go to another ace

The teller at store #2422 is so friendly and helpful. She is always super fast also.

She was very professional, very friendly and that smiling personality was just contagious. She really lifted my spirits and made me feel comfortable. Vona is a beautiful spirit and she knows her job. I have been going to Ace Cash Express for around 24 years. First to the location in Allen Texas. That location closed some years back. I begin going to the location store #1344at Central Expressway in Plano Texas. Just some months back a new store manager named Jamarey Baham. I just loved this lady. She is very friendly and accurate. I.have always gotten what I ask for. Mainly I go for money orders. But I have been paying my electric bill there for many years. She always gets what I need and always has a smile on her face. Please give her a 5 star review. Thank you.

I'm now crippled by an accident. Not aces' fault.
However, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SITE.
In the unicorn scenario that the site actually works I'm elated. But more often than not its just trash, and I have to walk for a day to talk to someone to give me a loan that I've, without fail, taken out and paid off every month for around 4 years.
I should be a darn platinum member by now.
Anyway, yeah, aces' website is garbage.
Please fix it for your faithful patrons.

Carol and Brandy at the Eubank store in Albuquerque are both very professional and friendly. Never had a problem with either of them. However .....your customer relations at your main office is pathetic. I sent 3 messages via the support link and have not gotten the answer I expected. Very rude..Azhmel or whatever his name is. Not one person responded with an actual answer when they responded via email. These are canned responses and nobody takes the time to address the concern that I had. My very first message clearly stated my concern but all I've gotten was the same exact canned responses with no explanation to my concern whatsoever. Ridiculous.
