For the third time in 4 months, my card has been compromised. I now have 2 investigation looking into this and have to change my card yet again. I don't understand why there is never a fraud alert at all. The money is taken out then I am inconvenience. I have made up my mind (and still thinking) about closing my account because this is happening too frequently and it is such problem. I went into sore #3288 angry because I had to get temporary card and inquire about closing my account. The agent, Kim asked me why I was getting a new card and I explained that I was fed up with everything that has been happening. She quickly told me about switching to Porte and said that a ping would happen giving a fraud alert. She patiently explained what needs to happen and thank me for being with Ace for some years. She was patient, informative and nice. When things like this happened, I appreciate going to a place that offers solutions. Kim was awesome!!

NATALIE!!! I was having a crazy week and felt bad for need to get this advance, but Natalie made me smile. Her friendly and bubbly personality made me feel better. Talking to her made me forget about the stuff I'm dealing with temporarily and just laughed. Thanks again, Natalie.

I went to the Fontana location on foothill the other day to cash my check and it was my first time going in and the employees were super friendly and helpful. It was pretty busy but the staff was super fast.

I don’t even know where to start? This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. There are no customer service representatives with any knowledge to help you, I authorize a payment for a certain amount and the girl said yes we are going to take your payment now, then she took the whole entire loan amount in full, and now I am right back where I started at when I took the loan out, and another $400+ further in debt.

I really have no words to express how I feel right now, I do know this, I will never recommend anyone to do business with Ace loans. I spoke with a district manager named Eva S. and she told me I could not come in and make a payment that I had to do it online and that was a lie as well. Be very careful before you ever think about doing business with this company.

The industry that I’m in, we try to make every customer a raving fan, so they can go home and tell so many others about their great experience and bring us a lot more business! In this case with Ace loans, they have made a raging fan with me. I have nothing nice to say, I will continue to share my bad experience, my horrible unbelievable experience with everybody I come in contact with. If you need money, you better look somewhere besides Ace loans…🤌🏻

Utilized Ace services to reload credit cards on several occasions. Unfortunately my last experience was frustrating. Made a payment but my transaction turned up "nowhere". Imagine telling a bill collector that you paid but the transaction is lost,in the mail,or the dog ate the receipt. Ace Financial put me in a tight spot, not to mention a pending late fee. I was better off paying $10 to the "other" company to send money...Momma always said you get what you pay for...be careful my fellow consumers..money don't come easy with this economy.

I went to the ACE CASH EXPRESS, in 7243 Federal Blvd, Westminster, Colorado 80030. I know the lady Pamela more than 10 years and gave and give me an EXCELLENT attention and orientation. She knows her job EXCELLENT.

At store 473, Samia was the best employee to get me in and out of their with precision. She got me everything I needed and more. I hope to see her the next time I am there. Her energy was so amazing and so is her work ethic.
