Fantastic product the improvement was instant.

After several years of intermittent back pain I have found what is a gentle stretching devise for my back! I would describe it as being on the rack for 10 minutes daìly.But the bluehedgehog has after a couple of weeks caused me to be pain free. I still regularly swim and do stretches and exercises for neck back hips etc añd massage to relax the muscles

Needless to say, 3 weeks in to the product and honestly my back feels much better, pretty much no pain. I have now thrown out all the packaging because it's not getting returned. I'm facing a serious lumbar disc herniation problem and it's been more than two months from end of June till now.

I bought a back and neck stretcher for my wife and after we received it we learnt that it was absolutely useless. So we decided to return it based on the company’s return policy. So I looked for the company’s customer service contact number and there was no contact number. There was an email address for the customer service and I emailed them and asked for their return address and I was told that I should return it to Germany and the following is the company’s email regarding their return address:

I do suggest that you use a trackable service in order to protect your parcel from getting lost and the carrier of your choice will probably compensate you. It’s just a suggestion based on my experience.

As you can see in the above email I have to return the item to Germany on my cost. This company is a scammer and fraudulent for the people to know.

Excellent product and great service. I had some concerns about the delivery address, but these were put to rest very quickly by the customer support team. Ashley was fantastic!
The Acemend back and neck stretcher has been fabulous…..so good that I purchased one for our son, and he loves it too! Thank you!

I have now been using the Acemend for two weeks and the improvement to my back and neck is so good I now have a better quality of life. It is a simple, but excellent product. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who suffers with this condition.

I have ordered a pillow 12 days ago, having paid extra for fast shipping and I have not received it, nor have I had a reply from customer service.
