The delivery of the battery was quick. Unfortunately the battery was faulty and was not charging properly from the start and did not last long. The customer service was good in that they did process a refund to me after I removed and photographed the battery. I am sure their batteries are fine most of the time. I just unfortunately got a bad one.

Laptop battery delivered quickly and fit perfectly. I needed to take the heat shrink off the power cable, but no dramas there. Loved that it had a brand name on it.

Excellent Service
A fair price, quick shipping and well packaged.
Here's a cautionary tale, though.
I bought this battery for an old, unused Acer Nitro 7 that I inherited, still unboxed. When I fired up the laptop, the battery displayed as 0% and not charging. A bit of googling strongly suggested that battery was faulty and I thought, fair enough, it's been sitting in a box for about four years. Plugged in, the laptop worked perfectly, so I bit the bullet and purchased this replacement.
I installed the new battery and to my dismay, the battery was displayed as 65% charged but "not charging"!
While possible, I thought it very unlikely that this battery was also faulty, so I did some more digging.
One suggestion was to uninstall the battery software and cold boot the laptop, but this didn't work for me.
Then it occurred to me that the BIOS, as old as it was, might just be incompatible with the power management software in the (now-updated) 2022 H2 version of W10.
I downloaded the latest version of the AN715-51BIOS (1.29) and installed it. After a reboot, to my great relief, the battery started charging.
It's a shame I had to pay to find this out, but I'm guessing the original battery may still work after all, so at least I'll have a spare.

Scammers and liers
Tried to send a product back for a refund as their 30 day money back garauntee says you can. Every time i contact them about it they send me a bogus address to send it to and then later send out an email telling me not to send it to that address and to wait for them to contact me. 3 weeks I've waited and 3 times they've sent me a bogus address. Their guarantee is a scam and their customer service is nothing but lies.

Replacement AL14A32 battery for Acer Aspire
The battery was well packed and delivered by Austpost on the first day it was estimated to arrive - all done during the Xmas and New Year holidays. Whilst not a genuine Acer battery (I knew it wasn't), this good quality replacement fits perfectly and charges up without any problems. My order was dealt with promptly and I was provided with tracking details that worked. I would have no problems using this company again.

Please make images accurate to product
Price was very reasonable and delivery was prompt. The battery seems to be working as it should and has definitely brought the laptop back from the dead. My only gripe is that the image on the product listing said Acer on the battery so I assumed it was exactly as the original but was not what I received. I'm still very happy with the product and service I just think perhaps images should be accurate to the product.

Two new Acer batteries have arrived
Two new Acer batteries have arrived for my laptop. One is the 6600mAh extra large, the other is the standard 4400mAh. Both are working well. Can't give 5 stars until I've been using them for 6 - 12 months to see how they last.
