I had a wonderful experience at Ace Store DFC, thanks to Marie Nyanzi. She was incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring I found exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Ordered an oven and a hob from Ace at a cost of over 3000 AED .Their online system told me both items were in stock , they would be delivered in 2 to 4 days and took my money . Two days later l was told neither item was in stock and that my order would be cancelled . I asked about a refund and Ali Abaza told me l would have to wait for it to be authorised . Quick enough to take my money for items they did not have in stock , and even worse , had no idea when they would get restocks . Having posted a very bad response on Ace's customer service site, l got a phone call from a woman ( sorry , do not know her name ) apologising for the mistake ( read useless stock control system) and telling me l would be informed when the refund went through . I have since been told refund has been made but as yet , have received nothing . At the time of ordering l could have got the hob cheaper at Carrefour as it was on a limited time special offer . I decided to buy from Ace at the higher price for the convenience of placing just one order for the two items with just one delivery . By the time Ace came back to me to tell me they had no stock , Carrefour had stopped it's limited time offer . So l ended up paying Carrefour 200 AED more for the hob than it had previously been offered for . However , unlike Ace , Carrefour deliverd both the hob and an alternative oven two days later . Clearly , l am not alone in my experience with Ace and it's none exsistant stock control system, it's willingness to take money for items lt does not have in stock or know when it will be able to obtain them . It is also in no hurry to refund monet it has taken under false pretenses . Quite simply , l feel l cannot ever trust Ace and would advise others to be aware of their lack of customer care and untrustworthy stock control system .

He was telling me how fresh plants are from Holland where all plants in store are from .
Then I picked 2 pots and soil he planted them u for me !
No other store had such excellent service !!!!

A very bad experience.

I had a very bad experience, I disappointed and will never buy from Ace again , very long procedure, I need my refund sine 2 weeks !! Till now I didn’t receive any response

I ordered a freezer online with ACE. After 3 days I had no communication from ACE, so I called to inquire. They said it would be delivered next day. Within 2 minutes of the call I received an email saying order was "cancelled". I call again to ask why the conflicting information, they were not sure but promised to call me back...but they didnt. Now struggling to get a refund. How bad can a company be?

Ordered a fridge on 28th April and arranged delivery for 2nd May morning. At 10 I call and am told they will contact you for delivery time, at 11 I call and told the same thing. At 12:15 Ace calls and say your item will not be delivered today, but tomorrow instead!
I arranged to work from home today in order to be here for the delivery and cannot be home the next day.
They advise the company cannot deliver today as they only received the details today - I placed and paid for the item 4 days ago.
Really bad service and do not recommend them.

While the store visit is pleasant the online experience could turn into a nightmare. Cheating, giving you the run around with a don't care attitude that gives one the opinion that they have the law in their hands. Purchased plants advertised at 80 cms and received no more than a height of 50cms. Lemax house with missing parts and the latest a garden bench with missing parts too. Several calls and emails receive annoying responses as they either try not to understand the problem or are trained to do so. If you can, avoid buying online, the AED 50/- voucher is to dupe the innocent buyer. Do not get caught .

Ace don't care about its customer when they have paid. The after sale service is not a real service. I am waiting since one week for a call from Ace, every day I call they say "ok", but no one called. Ibought a cooker for 3000 aed but does not work good. First and last time I buy a home aooliance at ace

I am too much disappointed with their services. After sale service is very poor.

Ace is the place full of disappointing customer service. Twice now I have placed an order online to have something delivered. Both times the web site states that it is in stock. Both times customer service calls me a day or two later to tell me that the item is not in stock in the warehouse and can not be delivered. However, it is in stock in the store and I can go pick it up. If I had wanted to go pick it up, I would have selected that option. My question to ACE is, if you have it in the store, load it in a truck and deliver it. provide customer service that is convenient for the customer, not ACE service that is easy and convenient for ACE. No, I will not be going to pick it up at the store. I'll order it from Amazon, probably cheaper anyway and I bet they will deliver it.

Never order from Al Futtaim ACE. The worst service ever met. They ignore your calls and compliance and do not care delivered to you or not what you bought from them. Still not delivered and no call from them. Customer service is the worst.

A great store with variety of hardware and household related items, staff is very attentive and they really care about customers.

Shopping online from ACE is a good experience but the process after that is a nightmare, .. and then when you need the technician for one of the brands they are selling there is no way to find the right assistance or contact for it...is disrespectful to the clients.. please fix it and make the experience more enjoyable after purchasing and usage

Terrible Delivery
Had a great experience shopping online and they have an efficient online store. Received the order confirmation quickly and then.... nothing. It was "sent to their delivery partner" (Elite Transport) here in the UAE which basically means they notified them it was ready for pickup. And then it officially falls in no mans land. ACE doesn't answer their phone and when I have been able to reach them they tell me it's waiting for pickup and ELITE don't answer their phone and are completely unreachable. Their 3-5 days delivery is now on 10 days and I still have no idea when/if it will arrive.
