It's a good product but needs to be shipped better. Any type of padding would be nice. The boxes come dented from being dropped and banged around during transport.

The controller wasn't a genuine controller. It was an off brand and had a bunch of lag. Unlike my genuine controllers

Order took a long time to arrive.

I have not received my item and apparently neither has Usps

Glasses poorly packed for shipment, one broken glass, notified through email with no response as of now.

Ordering great, shipping great arrived in a timely manner, supply not so great but I guess online stuff is first come first serve but other than that I'm pleased.

One of the glasses in my order had a chip in the rim…. They sent a replacement immediately…. Great product and even better customer service!!

The wrong power brick was sent. I ordered the PD + USB 3.0 but was sent the PD only power brick. Also, it seems like their shipping dept is very slow. Label was printed and 4-5 days later, USPS received it so shipping was slow. Product is good but not as useful since I also need the USB plug option so I’m now limited.

The glasses I ordered came nicely packaged. No damage in shipping. They looked exactly as nice as pictured. Shipping was timely as well. Would order from Kneats again! I'm already putting them at the top of my list for Christmas or birthday gifts this year.

This was a birthday present for my daughter. She absolutely loved it.

The box came with a broken latch. The glasses are gorgeous, the cubes are soft and perfect and the box is pretty nice. However, it is a Christmas gift that I cannot give because the latch is broken. I cannot get anyone to get back to me from the company and if they don't I will be out what would otherwise the perfect, beautiful Christmas gift for someone special. Please post this, maybe they will THEN help me before it is too late!

Great job guys… great job with delivery and customer support.

Because these glasses came in the mail. the most practical comment is that they were well packaged and impossible to break. We were surprised at how heavy they are and beautifully balanced. The pattern we selected is quite attractive. They have been washed and ready for their first use.
