I received constant tracking updates from the vendor, which really is very much appreciated. The products arrived as described.

The comb does NOT do what is shown in videos however it dkes remove the undercoat.

This company’s customer service is extremely poor and unethical.
When a legitimate issue was raised, they refused to take responsibility and instead tried to wear me down with delays, unreasonable demands, and repeated low “compensation” offers instead of a proper resolution.
They insisted on costly international return shipping at the customer’s expense and treated this as an acceptable solution, even though it clearly makes resolution unrealistic. This approach appears designed to discourage customers from pursuing their rights.
The communication was polite in tone but completely dismissive in substance. At no point did they attempt a fair or reasonable solution.
Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company

Ordered stretchy denim straight pants and they arrived after two weeks. Packaging was basic but adequate. Quality matches the reasonable price. Overall, a satisfactory purchase experience without any major issues.

Purchased some loose denim straight pants that were surprisingly okay. The design is decent and fits well, perfect for casual days. It took a bit long, about two weeks, to arrive, and packaging could improve. Reasonably priced for the quality received.

Bought these mens stretchy denim pants. Fit is decent, fabric comfortable, but color faded slightly after a few washes.

Product arrived and contained incorrect part. Many emails via customer service did not result in replacement product, receipt of missing part or refund. Incredibly challenging customer service experience with responses too stupid to be accidental. I would recommend limiting amount purchased to an amount you are willing to burn or give to charity, then don't buy the product and give the money to charity, you will feel better about it. I believe there may be some integrity issues at play with this company.
