Still no item no tracking information emailed always same reply do not bother also charged me more said they refund but still nothing shite customer service AVOID!!!!!ordered 30th January now 19th February ignoring my emails still no tracking number do not order off this site scam!!!

If I could have given it no stars I would have done. Item received after weeks of waiting, poor quality and so small. Contacted the company who offered me £3 in compensation, I complained it then went up to £6, when I refused that they have totally ignored me...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'

Firstly I was charged more than expected and it took so long to arrive, the item was very small ! Poor quality and nothing like what was advertised. I contacted to return the item and they wouldn’t give any information no return address just offered £3 good will gesture! Thankfully I had gone through PayPal with my transaction and got a full refund. Scam website

Product received looks nothing like the product advertised, ridiculously cheap and nasty and only good for the bin. Total rip off scam company tried to offer a £4 refund, avoid at all costs, what you see is not what you will receive!!!

Dreadful items. Crochet blanket that was eventually delivered but horrible material and tiny. Avoid at all costs

I ordered some lamps and it was the worse thing I could of done.
All boxes damaged so they are not sent in the right packaging.
One of the lamps damaged and they sent another again damaged and it looked like a fault so damaged before it left.
So they didn't check the item before sending.
It was basically a christmas gift.
The gift was never given and they offered a 4 pound refund which is not even touching the amount I paid...
Never again will I order from this company.
I will check these company's out which are advertising on Facebook and make sure they have good reviews in future...

Don't even deserve 1 star. Overcharged for my product, never received item and its been almost 2 months. Ignoring my messages. Absolute scammers!

Worst service ever . Do NOT buy from this company. Ordered Christmas decoration in October, it’s now a week before Christmas and it’s still not arrived. They said original order got lost so they have expedited another. Two weeks later it’s still sat in China. Nowhere does it say items are coming from China. Have been asking for a refund and they absolutely refuse. They are thieves.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered went through basically the same as everyone else, check with neighbours, post office (I was there so often I'm now on first names). I placed an order in september, now December & no item has been received, they said it was delivered but I asked for name of courier so I could chase or a photo to prove they had delivered as I have CCTV all around my house & on the date delivery was SUPPOSED to have been made, no courier entered my property, but they couldnt tell me? No luck with getting refund from the company & also PayPal wouldn't refund either so I told them I believe they are just scammers taking peoples money & NOT supplying goods. This should not be allowed to happen, so angry.

Scam company - advent calendar total rip-off not as described or in the video just random part balls of cheap wool and a plastic crochet hook, no instructions. Certainly not a lap blanked kit as advertised, snide copy of Crochet Society calendar. No tracking info. Chased twice Ordered in Oct, finally turned up 13 Dec!
Already had filed a case with Paypal and got a refund.

If I could give this company 0 I would have. Waited 2 months and no sign of item. Quick enough to take your money though. Refuse to refund me. DONT BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS

Awful, ordered 3 months ago and still telling me in transit but hasn’t moved in over a month. Asked more than 20 times for a refund but they keep ignoring my request and saying it’s in transit. Don’t touch this company

Terrible company to buy from and deal with. Ordered some Xmas decorations in September and still not arrived , apparently my order will be expedited but still not here and now all communication has stopped by them.

Ordered two small gift boxes in October, followed up three weeks later for tracking info. Was told they would contact shipping company, still nothing after a month and a further email to them. Luckily I had the foresight to pay via PayPal so I raised a case and received a refund. please beware this is a scam company

This company misrepresented their goods on the website. I paid £18 for an advent calendar that was a counterfeit crochet society item, but of very poor quality. There were none of the featured items in the calendar, no instructions, no hook, and a total of 25g of yarn that they claimed would be enough to make a festive blanket. I requested a refund for a not as described item, and they have consistently refused.

Scam company dont use.
Delivery never arrived. Never received. Said it was delivered to a town miles away....refuse to refund as it had been delivered then 2 weeks later tracking said it was in another country. Only ever get emails saying can't refund as its been delivered

Nothing received, multiple excuses, false tracking information. Avoid
