I have been this company for 4 years uber eats insurance.I got a new car .They would not insure me .They took 45 mins answering phone I.T problem .I had to talk to manager in the end .Car just come out they had not rated it ,so they would not insure me .Sat at Toyota garage for 2 hours trying to sort it out .I had to get another normal insurance until I got home to sort it out .ð€Šðœââïž
I am so upset they caused me stress ,sat there trying to sort it .Its just a new car why they canât find it in the system .

It took nearly an hour just to find a working contact number, and when I finally got through, I was met with rude and unhelpful service. I was refused when I asked to speak to a manager and the call was eventually ended on me. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. I would strongly advise others to avoid. Spoke to jalila

Terrible experience. Paid for a policy, then got stuck in a pointless verification process with no clear instructions. I repeatedly asked what documents were needed to prove my freelance work, and no one could give a straight answer. Completely unprofessional handling.

Acorn telematics team - Cristina
The rest of the members of Acorn were helping although when they forwarded me to the telematics team there was a lady who said they don't take imports although on there website it said they do. with my imported vehicles sometimes they don't show up on there reg check to find us a quote. She continued to say 'the reg is being declined because its a import' when i told her its not being declined. The woman i spoke to was called Cristina and she wasn't looking forward to helping me get a quote. She was quick to try to reject solving the issue. She kept claiming it was due to the vehicle being declined even after i mentioned it was due to it not recognising my number plate. She then refused to accept it wasn't declining and said all my quotes had expired but how can i get a quote if my number plate was "declining" When I called her out for this she then mentioned their sales teams were not in at the moment. After i asked for her name she started using simple manners.
