Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable salesman.
Courteous and helpful installer. He did have trouble getting his drill through our carpet and into the concrete steps. Our woven carpet unravelled around the drill. The stairlift has been worth it though. It’s been a great help in our situation.

Very happy with the results. We had oure moments but worked around it satisfactorily to both parties.

What a difference this has made to our lives. We can now safely get our 50 year old disabled daughter up and down our 11 outdoor steps. So thrilled with it! We found Acorn to be extremely helpful and professional from our first contact with them to the installed chairlift.

Two guys one Auckland one Wellington were given the task of installing a stair lift in our home.From the time they arrived until the time they left the next morning they worked laboriously to finish the job as quick as possible.
We were very happy with their professionalism and the guys themselves were very courteous in their manners

Very prompt,clean, tidy and, efficient installation. Despite the short weeks and lockdown they installed the lift only afew days after I paid the deposit.

The representative that first came around to measure up was , in our opinion, not over helpful and put us off getting the stairlift installed.
But after a few months we reproached the office and that sent another person out who was very helpful.
The installation team were very good.

I was pretty happy with service provided by Acord. They were courteous, well informed and on time.

The technician was excellent, thorough and I can't recall. him taking a break and the job nearly took 9 hours. Very pleased with our chairlift!

The stair lift has made a great difference to my husband life. He has his independence back by being able to go up and down to our backyard and veg garden without having a little medical episode when he did so. It is a great product. Was installed very efficiently and quickly. No fuss efficient installer. Thankyou.

The team at Accorn were very helpful, professional and responsive. Paul, the salesman came for consultation and provided very thorough details. The installation happened soon after the holidays and completed in 4 hours by one person. Chris, the installer was very professional and helpful too. My grandmother is loving the stairlift, she no long need to climb the stairs with her weak legs.

Acorn is one of the most professional companies l have had the pleasure of dealing with. My first contact was with Emma who arranged everything for us. John arrived to measure up promptly. He was able to give me an estimate of the cost, and this was followed up by Emma. Some parts had to be specially manufactured and air freighted from the UK. Emma kept us informed on delivery dates, and subsequently the parts arrived on the due date. Chris installed and tested the unit, and explained the operation in a matter of hours. He was cheerful and worked efficiently and tidily.
I have no hesitation in recommending the lift and Acorn Stairlifts.
