Sebastian was a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional, and punctual. He started work 10 mins earlier than agreed and worked late until the job was completed. His attention to detail and aesthetic-centric approach really stood out; the installation was neat, well thought-out, and blended perfectly with the space. A few other installers had suggested visible additional fittings to cover the pump beside the Aircon which I wanted to avoid.
