I purchased 2 bikes from them
I purchased 2 bikes from them. Had issues with both rear rims. Told me they were covered under warranty but they didnât have parts to send me. But they would just send me 2 new bikes if I returned the batteries for both bikes. I agreed and sent them back in. They received the batteries and have had them for a few weeks and cannot get anyone to communicate with me. Last I heard is the warehouse is looking into it. Very frustrating
This process started the end of January and it is now the second week of
April.
I am happy to say the issues with the bikes have been resolved. I was contacted from the review and got responses back from my emails that I sent. Thanks for the help!
