ActionCOACH UK レビュー

James Burke has saved my life. I have been to some pretty dark places and just didn’t want to do this anymore. If it wasn’t for James I wouldn’t be here.

James B has helped us double our turnover in just 1 year. His guidance has been invaluable in helping us grow.

ActionCOACH Orsett & Dagenham has been a great asset for our business. Not only have Marc and Georgia provided us with excellent coaching services, but they have given us the resources and knowledge we need to grow and evolve. They have offered invaluable advice on marketing strategies and helped us streamline our operations to make our business as efficient and successful as possible. We could not have asked for better partners.

Their commitment to helping our business succeed has had a positive impact on our growth and bottom line. We are extremely fortunate to have our coach working alongside us.

We would highly recommend business coaching to any business owner looking to take their success to new heights.

Will is an excellent business coach and a fantastic strategic thinker.

I’ve been working with Will for a number of years and my business as more than doubled in turnover and profit

Highly recommend working with Will if you want to improve your business.

I've been with ActionCOACH since 2019 and I can't begin to explain what a difference to my business and personal life its made. Marc Eccles and the team at Orsett have helped me with time management, business strategy, goal setting, marketing, staff management... the list goes on.
These guys are masters of the craft and I would genuinely recommend them to everyone in business.

Marc and the team at Action Coach have been the most amazing support to me, both professionally and personally. I have learnt so much from them on my business owner journey. Their advice has been open, honest and encouraging. I wouldn't be without them.

Alan is a great coach and a great bloke! Alan genuinely cares about his clients and treats each client individually, depending on their needs and challenges. He is fantastic at identifying small changes that make a big difference and gives his clients the confidence to make positive changes. Alan is also curious and takes every opportunity to learn and develop himself and share his knowledge with others. Thanks Alan for all you do and for being such fun to work with.

I've been working with Alan for just over a year and he has been instrumental in me shifting my mindset from 'working IN the business' to 'working ON the business'. The result of this has allowed me to build my company as well as dedicating more time with my family, doing things that are important to me outside my business. Also with a constantly changing business life, his "what can I help you with today?" is a fantastic opener to a meeting that allows me sound out ideas and options with someone who has great experience and holds me accountable every step of the way. Thank you Alan!

I can't speak highly enough of Alan Smith of ActionCOACH and his coaching services. Certainly one of the best investments I have made for my business and it's already paid back in multiples! Alan is always happy to help regardless of if you are in coaching session or not and I always walk away from our formal sessions with really down to earth, practical advice and actions for the next fortnight. Highly recommend working with Alan.

Top name, top bloke, top coach. I've been with Alan for a year now (yikes where does the time go). Greatest decision I've made in business... (I'd say life, but my wife might be watching). One of my flaws is to never ask for help... from my school days, teaching myself guitar, any kind of problem, I'd just get my head down and work it through. Similarly, as a solo business owner, I never sought help, I just worked things out. Did my accounts myself, worked out problems on my own, and plodded along, without goals, without systems. Alan has been a game-changer... I now have goals, systems and an accountant! I'm more organised, feel more positive and confident about everything. The coaching sessions are great - and as a solopreneur it's good to be able to just chat something through - Alan has a wealth of knowledge to tap into. He's a great guy to have in your corner... from cheering you on, giving you a moral boost when you're about to throw in the towel... or giving you a virtual slap when you need one (in a friendly way)... or administering the smelling salts when you're on the deck (okay, I'm not quite that bad). Cheers for all your encouragement and support Alan! Signed, the second best Alan I know

Very happy to have joined the ActionCOACH programme in 2021, the professional guidance given has seen a improvement of processes across the organisation, a clear sales boost and a positive outlook based upon real data.

When I started working with Tim I was in a bit of a slump as our online sales were not great even with a lovely new website. I felt that I needed someone to help me identify where the problems lay and give me some ideas and challenges to increase our e-commerce sales. Tim has been so supportive, given me some great ideas, and has transformed how I approach our marketing. Our online sales have been steadily improving and now I feel confident enough to move onto working with Tim on another area of the business. Coaching like this is money well spent on your business as it gives you the opportunity to take a step back and see it through someone else’s eyes and from someone who can help you improve and reach some achievable goals.

The work we have done with ActionCoach has been integral in developing our business. We have created solid foundations to grow and all of these elements are going to be key when we exit the business. It’s really great to have someone to lean on and share your ideas with and for us Natalie has been fantastic for that. Working with Natalie is a huge support for me and a breath of fresh air. She is a part of this journey – and beyond. It is now only growth, growth, growth from here.

James made filming feel really relaxed and fun, great experience

Natalie's coaching sessions for our Senior Development Team have been engaging, enriching and their positive impact has been immediate and tangible.

Her guidance and development is uniquely tailored to our organisation, its goals and vision which is a reflection of her skills, abilities and confidence to bring out the best in others.

Her sessions broaden my thinking and I always leave feeling excited for the future.

I have been working with Natalie for over a year. I am so grateful for the guidance and support she has been able to give me as a young entrepreneur and a small business looking to rapidly grow. I would thoroughly recommend using Natalie for anyone that may need any support with their business.

I get so much from the sessions with Natalie both personally and from the support she is giving our Senior development team in terms of the growth and the staff culture or our organisation.
Her caring and considered approach ensures all our team always takes away so much from every session.
Thank you Natalie.

At my first meeting with Natalie Simms I realised how caring she was and that was really comforting to me. She’s helping guide us into making the business a success so that we’re able to build on our yearly, 3-year and 5-year goals to either exit or continue to grow the business. It’s so great working with Natalie, imparting all her help, wisdom, encouragement and knowledge. We are grateful and always will be and look forward to sharing the future of Swygge with her.

Natalie is an exceptional coach and is really bringing out the best of our Senior development team. She is extremely insightful and is supporting us to develop our staff culture, vision, goals and growth. I always leave our sessions feeling motivated, invigorated and excited for the future. I’ve drawn a lot down from our sessions to cascade to support the staff team that I manage. Thank you for your ongoing support and coaching Natalie.

Natalie strikes a perfect balance for facilitating the growth of teams. Her skills and knowledge are clearly well earned. Our organisation are finding precisely the right guidance to become more and more effective. Absolutely love our sessions as they always provide a tangible benefit.
