Fast delivery, great communication from staff and delivery driver .

Great bike delivery! Competitive prices, great communications. Activ cycles were prompt with any queries and the bike and its delivery were fantastic. I opted for the personally delivery service and it was amazing.

Disappointing. Had a service on my road bike. Took it in with disc brake problems. Needed other work which was fine but my bike came back much worse than before it went in. Discs making an horrendous noise and not engaging properly. Chain rubbing on front mech, cable guide for down tube missing. Cables rattling making the bike sound like a bag of spanners.
Phoned the shop and they offered to correct the issues but would have had to take it back and leave it with them again for a number of days. Don’t expect to pay for a service only to get my bike back running worse than when it went in. I will get it corrected elsewhere. Very frustrating.

Shocking service. Charged me £24.00 for personalised delivery to be delivered with an active cycles staff member. The company just shipped the bike off with a 3rd party delivery company.
The bike still hasn’t arrive over a week later.

Won’t use them again.

Bought a Trek Rail a little while back and love it.Took it in today for a few minor issues but forgot to book it in Steve sorted it out within half hour of my arrival Thankyou Steve I really appreciate your help today you were brilliant, professional and so helpful Thank you

Just like any other online shops Kishan will send you your bike but once he got your money he won't care wit you. If anything gets damaged or need a new part you won't be able to deal with them. Aftercare is non existing. Nothing is covered under warranty. They don't stock parts either so you won't be able to order anything quickly at all.
There are other shops with same prices so I will not buying from Activ Cycles again. I was let down big time.

I am extremely happy with my bike and the fitting with Steve was absolutely fantastic.

Purchased 2 electric TREK bikes over long distance, price was best on the internet with free delivery and personel set-up to our door, communication was good and kept up-to-date with delivery info, bikes arrived earlier than planned that was great, set-up was very good and informative, explained everything we could possibly need to know and go the extra mile.

Very good experience and would highly recommend.

Good bits.
I liked the initial purchasing of the bike. And understood that because I was buying a sale bike on the cycle to work scheme that they would have to put the 10% back on. The delivery service was great.

Bad bits
However the gears were not correctly set up. So I have now had to take to a dealer for these to be indexed. They reimbursed me the £19:99 for this to be put right at a trek dealer. As I distance bought. But I find it poor that on a bike costing £3700 they will not reimburse me for the 6 week service that comes free with the purchase of the bike, I can take it to them but that would be a 3.5 hour drive both ways. I have bought previous bikes from distance sellers and all of them have been great with this. But this is very poor.

I visited Activ cycles 3 times to get as much info about the best bike for me, options & costs, as I could. On each occasion, the staff were helpful, gave useful advice & knowledgeable.
At the point of sale, the sales staff were negotiable over price and a supporting package - the only -ve's were misquoting that the bike included a power meter (it didn't) & the wrong deposit amount. The Bike Fit session was extremely useful. I am very pleased with my new bike.

First class service from start to delivery .
