I used ACTIV's free repair pick-up and drop-off service, as I am based in Canterbury. This all went very smoothly, and the repairs were done professionally and quickly. The team were also very clear in the way that they explained what they had diagnosed was wrong, and how they had fixed things. I would recommend this service unconditionally.

Activ are a superb company to deal with a fantastic selection of cycles, friendly helpful staff along with competitive pricing. Their after sales service is second to none I had an issue with my bike frame and they arranged with Trek a brand new replacement bike!

Third year in a row of having my bike serviced at Activ and cannot fault the service and workmanship at all. Thoroughly recommended.

I purchased a bike online, it arrived only partially assembled as expected but poorly built—the dropper cable was dislodged and didn’t work. When I contacted customer support, I was told to take it to a local repair shop and that they would refund the cost. I did exactly that, got the bike fixed, but never received the promised refund. My follow-up emails were ignored completely. Very disappointing experience—I won’t be buying from them again.

Ordered a bike online from Activ Cycles and the next day received an email checking measurements to make sure I have picked the correct size. Bike was built and hand delivered by a mechanic who went through the setup with me. I need to add, I'm at the other end of the country so this service was very appreciated.

Any follow up emails have been dealt with swiftly and I couldn't fault their service one bit. I'd highly recommend Activ Cycles and when I'm next down their way, will definitely pop into the store.

Best experience buying a new bike I’ve ever had.
Called on the Wednesday to ask a couple of questions after seeing a bike at a really good price, ended up placing the order.
Got a phone call on the Thursday on the off chance I could take delivery of the bike on the Friday afternoon.
Bike was hand delivered fully built up and ready to ride and no boxes to dispose of.
Highly recommended.

I was given very useful and honest advice during my initial fitting which resulted in me changing to a different Trek model which far better suited my requirements. The change was handled with no fuss and the fitting for the second bike was excellent. I'm very pleased with the comfort and speed of the ride - many thanks to Fred in particular.
