ACR has been helping me for last 18 months and they have collaborated with my lawyer and also police, helped me submit my complaints and also taught me new ways to recover my funds and trade responsibly. ACR has dedicated team which on the go and comitted to help me all the time!
Scammers. Took money, but did not do any work neither with crypto exchanges nor with law enforcement agency. Police officer just refused to talk to them.

We looked at our records, and 2 crypto-tracing reports were provided by us, which are still valid. We have tried to create a collaboration with your police department, like we do with all our clients, as collaboration increases the chances of recovery / compensation. We explained that lawyers are needed in some cases, in order for the police to do their job. This is sadly the case in some instances where the police refuse to do their job. Your Crypto-Tracing reports are still valid and can be given to the police, and we are more than happy to reply if they reach out to request more information. We are private investigators, not law enforcement, so we can provide all the needed evidence and advice, but it will, in most cases, require law enforcement to do their job, or a lawyer to demand that law enforcement do their job.

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy about our services. Our company provides Dispute Resolution on a No-Win-No-Fee basis (there is no upfront fee, only a success fee), meaning our clients only pay us if money is returned to them.
We work DIRECTLY with law enforcement agencies and know that many of them are able to provide Crypto-Tracing for free. This is why we encourage our clients to go to their local law enforcement and get it done for free, that way our clients do not have to pay for anything. Law enforcement agencies get money from the government to pay their employees, while our company has a certain amount of money set aside to make sure there is no upfront fee for our clients. Not every case requires tracing, and the necessary programs for proper tracing cost money and our employees require salaries. Directly means we stay in contact with them and speak with them as we have no reason to hide. We have often talked to our clients' police and lawyers, as it is the best way to make sure their case has a good outcome.
Our tracing department is highly skilled and the programs used are of the same quality as the programs used by law enforcement. It takes a lot of time to trace a single transaction, which is why we charge for our tracing services. We do our best to be transparent with our clients, and we always let them know that they can go to their local law enforcement agency and get tracing for free.
