R&D TAX credit are you like me? Running Small Business in a complex industry thinking all the BIG businesses will have do all the R&D??

Oh no even our business did R&D without knowing it. DONT do what I did and dismiss the idea as I had done when other organisations that called me, usually when busy like they do.

Until I had called from ABA one day. They called and discussed R&D in a different way to the other businesses that had called making me understand that its not the BIG boys that will have done it!

Fast forwards a couple of years and we have successfully with the support of ABA, Kaine and his Colleagues been successful in obtaining 3 rounds of R&D refund £$£$£$

This has given absolute support and strength to the business bank accounts and Tax Accounts. KERGHING£$£

Our R&D claim was handled by Claire, who was very professional and kept me up to date throughout the process. After an initial call, I had two tele meetings with Claire, first to explain our processes as a company and then second to go over some example projects to form the basis of the claim. After only a couple of days Claire had a draft claim for me to go over, which was submitted to HMRC after a couple of minor amendments.

So I'm very happy with ABA and will certainly be using them for the next claim.

Having previously had an unsatisfactory experience from one of the "industry leaders" I was very dubious about re-engaging with what I feared would be a labour intensive and ultimately fruitless exercise. I could hardly have been more wrong. Ryan and his team made the process, from start to finish, clear and concise. My only wish is that I had engaged him years ago.
