Amazing company, especially Kaine what a legend he is

We were contacted by Billie, who said that she would be able to help us to get money back from HMRC for R&D and after a couple of emails and phone calls. This is what they managed to do!

The companies representative Billie Harris actually came out to visit us as we are a specialist manufacture. and was very thorough examining all our manufacturing process. She submitted her report within a week of visiting us and the IR posted a cheque a week after that although Royal Mail promptly lost the cheque for over 3 weeks

Kaine helped us with our R&D tax credit claim. He was knowledgeable about the process, very professional at all times and took the time to understand the complexities of our business.

The process throughout was very smooth. Communication was top notch, and we were kept informed at all stages.

The report that Kaine put together to support our claim accurately portrayed the level of innovation in our business, but we could not have articulated nearly as well ourselves.

I'm so glad that we answered Acute Business Advisory's phone call back in April 2023; since then we filled 3 R&D claims and successfully received tax relief on all.
