I love my new piece . Moisanite is a wonderful diamond. It does the job and adamans does it right.

Ordered buy 1 get 2 moissanite in 925. After a couple days got fake cz pieces and phony gra certs for 5mm moissanite when they sent me 4mm cz pieces. Contacted them on this as I was not supposed to receive a placeholder and they informed me that they would have to make my moissanite pieces that were supposedly in stock, and the process would take 4-6 weeks. Here we are 6 weeks later and still no eta just more automated we are busy emails or offers for more cz pieces. Had to get my bank to force them to refund the order. Just go somewhere else and save yourselves the headache. They sell this stuff dirt cheap because they don't actually plan on making it.

November 25th 2025. They have the “buy 1 get 2 free sale” and I took time on the website to make an order to my liking based on “avaialable stock” and then I purchase 6 items. I get an email saying 2 of the items are not in stock it will take time. Then I get 6 items of cheap costume jewelry basically and it’s garunteed lab stones pass a diamond tester or your money back. So now I have 6 items all wrong. They tell me those are to “fit check” and make sure they fit right and are what I want and then the 925s vermeil moissanite is on the way. I got 2 of the 6 pieces and then was told “we would never do a sale like that it makes no sense financially” to which I answered well my cart loaded these items, you took the money you sent me a bait and switch and tried to swindle me: then I went back and forth with them and I even was such an idiot I sent back one item that was real but the size was so off I had no choices. They said they understood my frustration back in February 2026 and told me they’d resize the one i need and then they would send the rest. Agreements breached begging for anything from a “few days to get the tracking number back to you” then it’s right back to we need 2 weeks to “perform quality control and finish building them” and it’s been a runaround since November 25th 2025 for me and if anyone knows how I can take legal actions against them I’d appreciate it a ton. I need my money back in full or all my items that I ordered and to this day they run that sale and I still just get told “need more weeks more weeks it’s been months. I never got my items. I demand that i be refunded or right away my things ship.

I ordered from the guys had no issues.. I was satisfied with shipping and receiving. The product exceeded my expectations. And it's crazy because I didn't wanna order because of the reviews. But I'm glad I did. Pay attention and read what you order before what you do all product don't say mossanite. All product don't say 925 it just says silver .. I am a real person. 7045349039.

Everything about my jewellery was exactly the way I wanted it to be. My 6mm Moissanite tennis chain was just absolutely gorgeous in every single way, shape or form. It was worth every single penny I spent towards this necklace. Doesn't matter whether I am out for a walk, socialising with friends or just wearing it in public it is glistening from every single angle and making me feel like a million pound man. Truly fantastic.

Well I stand corrected, I also owe a huge apology to everyone at ADAMANS. My jewelry was delivered and every single piece passed the diamond tester, they did not pay me to put this out, because they first sent me jewelry just to wear while my jewelry was being made, while very beautiful it did not pass the diamond tester. So I thought I was beat, then 4 weeks later the real jewelry showed up and the was assuring me the whole time through emails it was coming, I didn’t believe them. ADAMANS is 100 percent legit, and I encourage you to buy from them because you really get double for your money, I still wear the first jewelry it’s beautiful. Unbelievable no other company does that, sends you jewelry to wear to see how you like it while the real jewelry is being made. Thank you ADAMANS you got our business you are our new jeweler, beautiful pieces at affordable prices probably the best on the internet.

Delivered CZ pieces and stated that the real VVS Moissanite were being manufactured. To this day I have not receive all the pieces I bought, in the meantime I got other cheap pieces as an apology but yes not receive my real pieces. Always get the run around. As I stated I’m still waiting for my pieces that I ordered more that 6 weeks ago.

Communication was A+, they reached out before I did and they made me feel like it was a reputable company. Quality was great. Craftsman ship good. Overall im highly satisfied abd have referred my friends.

I ordered few moissanite pieces !
First i got the cheap brass with CZ saying its just a place holder until the real ones arrives .....
So obviously emails and emails promising etc etc , finally
After three months i got the exact same jewelry, cheap brass with CZ no GRA certification... nothing
This company is a full scam never order from them

Adamans is true to their word!! I bought like 6 pieces, all were exactly what I expected. I had a issue w/ one item and reshipped a new ASAP. They have my business. They 100% guaranteed and that is NOT a lie!!! Thanks again Adamans.

I placed an order for moissanite jewelry after reading the product description and expected to receive the advertised item. Approximately two months after ordering, I learned through customer support that I had been sent a temporary CZ placeholder while my moissanite piece was still in production. I was not aware of this arrangement before making my purchase. When I requested to cancel the order and return the placeholder item for a refund, my request was denied. My experience with customer support did not resolve my concerns, and I was disappointed that this information was not disclosed to me before I placed the order.

Do not buy from this company. Their products are impossible to return. Both items broke after just one wear, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they only sent a return link that expired after two weeks. When I tried to use it, it said the return period had already ended. Completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Ps no real person to talk to

I ordered 3 bracelets from this company and it was supposed to arrive on 6-16-26. The order never arrived and the company is giving me the run around in email. They don't have anyway to contact them by phone and their email is managed by an AI assistant. I am not sure if they are a scam but they are horrible at resolving customer issues.

Adamans is a scam. They do not ship moissanite. They will send a "place holder" of cubic zirconia and then refuse a return. SCAM

This is the most scandalous transaction I have ever come across, these people state that they send place holder pieces until the real pieces come. Meanwhile if I had never inquired about the fake pieces I’d have never known. They claim to have it in there FAQ section the disclosure of initial “placeholder pieces” FAKE PIECES, this type of information should be disclosed in bold font on every piece so that the customer is aware. ADAMANS is a scam company, very disheartening and I hope you are shut down for your absolute fraudulent behavior and breach of customer trust.

The pieces I received were real nice, I will be ordering a custom piece from you guys soon.
