Specsavers. Buy a Hearing Aid or a pair of Hearing Aids and amongst other things,get four years of FREE batteries. UGH !! I've been trying to get some batteries for weeks. They don't even answer your requests. All details submitted several times and then no response or batteries.It's said "You should have gone to Specsavers"., I did, but wish I'd gone elsewhere. Boots ,for instance. Mine weren't cheap Hearing Aids. See their Website and prices for Photak.

The support is a disgrace, I have a website service in the AddThis directory and wanted them to change the domain to a different address. This request was made in November 2019 and this hasn't been resolved, the last messages have just been ignored.

Scammer Alert Go Kitty Breeders is yet another website that sells non-existent kittens to the unsuspecting public. They supply you with a physical street address that they know is not within reach e.g. Upington in the Northern Cape and then offer to courier their non-existent kittens to you. I had their last physical address checked out and the occupants had never heard of Aletta De Villiers (which I assume is a fake name in any event). Same modus operandi used in my report on Cats and Kittens Paradise, Fancy Kittens4homes and Angelickittens4homes.

Bought as a present. Quality is terrific. Order to delivery time is amazing.
Will buy from Venus Puzzles again. Will recommend to anyone.

I have a gas Indesit cooker..... Never again would I spend a penny on their products... The heat from bottom over makes the dials red hot .. When using the gas rings the pans slide about and near tip contents on you... The flame in bottom over sometimes goes out when you close the door...ruined food... The numbers have all washed off even though only wiped over... Awful product.. DO NOT BUY

My continuing HERMES saga. Hermes will not let my son collect the parcel from the main depot, they insist on returning it to me back in the UK.
They will hold my parcel for up to four weeks in Germany before returning it to me.
I will outline the issues with HERMES.
1. My parcel sat in the UK depot for a week before moving!
2. It arrived late at the destination in Germany by which time my son had gone back to work.
3. They did try several times to deliver, but my son was now at work.
4. I asked if it could be dropped off at the collection point in his town, they agreed but said it could take up to three days for the administration to sort this out!
5. After three days, they still tried to deliver the parcel to my son's address whilst he was at work.
6. I spoke to them again, this time they said they could not drop it off at the collection point.
7. The tracking system finally updates and said the parcel was at the collection station, (I took a screenshot) My son went to collect, the tracking system was wrong, it had been returned to the main depot awaiting return to the UK.
8. My son phones HERMES Germany and asks if he can collect the parcel fro the main depot, He is told no, not possible it will be returned to the UK. My son asked how long will lit take to return as he needs the items in the parcel. HERMES told him FOUR WEEKS!
9. HERMES you are a disgrace!

Online Carpets apologised for my late delivery of my carpet and have listened to my complaint. I was reimbursed delivery fee.

This company is in Hongkong which explains how awesome they are. You know, the ones who so graciously passed Covid-19 to the whole world. Thank you so much for sharing that. My bank put a hold on my credit card when I tried to order from this wonderful company because they are apparenly considered to be fraudulent! Nice job!!! 👎😖

Amazing response following my review ! The DVD appeared at last despite my requests for status report ?

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had and I shall never use this company again. I placed an order online and paid by PayPal. I did not see anywhere to enter my address and assumed that they would pick up my address from PayPal as other companies do. My order was delivered to an address they say I entered and which I DID NOT ENTER. When I mentioned to Redfoot about the address they virtually called me a liar by claiming that I had put in the address when I didn’t. The shoes were delivered to a garden centre. The garden centre they sent the order to returned the goods to Hermes. However. Redfoot have completely washed their hands of this and say since it was delivered, it Is no longer their problem. If I send them the return tracking number, which I don’t have since I didn’t make the return, they will refund my money, when they receive the order back. They also said that I should reorder the goods, which have now increased in price by 25% and does not include postage. So far numerous emails have been exchanged with Redfoot and so far I have got nowhere. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. EVER!

I could write an essay about the appalling way I feel have been treated, but instead I will just implore you to avoid this company at all costs unless you also want to be treated this way. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.
