I have used Addheat for a variety of projects, large and small, for many years. Their service ie excellent including their customer service. They are 100% reliable and very fair with their prices. I have found that they take care of their customers and they take pride in the jobs that they employed to carry out. I would definitely recommend this company.

After speaking with another local company about our underfloor heating, and losing confidence immediately when their engineer recommended a full system flush before even stepping inside, I decided to contact Addheat. The moment their engineer looked at our system, he identified the issue straightaway, and everything he explained made perfect sense. A new part was installed within a couple of days, and the system has never worked better. Finally, a company that knows what they’re doing.

Our boiler was installed in October 2019 and has been serviced every year since. Each service has been completed efficiently by an, experienced engineer, and always in a pleasant, friendly manner, who always appears on correct date at agreed time.

Thank you Addheat for a great job installing our new boiler and power flushing our system. Friendly, tidy, polite and efficient.

We had a lot of work going on and Addheat chose for the boiler and have been super supportive and understanding customer service. The price was competitive and quote clear. The work by Andy and Matt excellent on a tough install and we always felt involved as to what options we had. All in all we are happy to reccemmend Addheat. And will certainly use them in the future.

Right from booking to execution, everything was well organized. The Addheat engineer (Adam Walker) arrived on time for my annual boiler service. He guided me through the details as he performed all the necessary checks on my boiler. Overall a great experience.

Engineer, Andy, was very efficient & helpful and the work was carried our quckly & efficiently. He also contacted Worcester Bosch to report a faulty hinge on the boiler casing and ensured this repair could be done through the boiler warranty.

All in all a very satisfactory experience.

We had annual service from addheat engineer and it was smooth experience. Our original appointment didn't go on time as engineer was not available and it had to be rescheduled but when it was done, it was swift.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Used many times, when you call they answer phone and book you an appointment there and then.

If you need a gas engineer that’s reliable and does what they say. this is company for you.

We have found Addheat (t/a Addison Walker) to be entirely reliable and efficient since the company installed our current boiler a few years ago. Andy - the engineer whom they normally send to undertake our annual service - is particularly pleasant and helpful.

A very good experience from AddHeat from the moment of first contact with advice on a new boiler to installation by Andy who arrived on time completed the installation leaving no rubbish behind and cleaning up after himself.

Had my boiler serviced - the engineer was running late but the office phoned to let me know. When the engineer arrived he was very polite, very efficient and helpful and a very clean worker. Will happily use the company again.
