Contacted the company after receiving a letter in the post, suggesting I may be entitled to compensation for a purchase made several years previous, on a no win, no fee basis. Found each member of staff I spoke to kind, considerate & very supportive, also quick to respond. Was astonished to find my claim had been accepted & compensation, far more than I ever expected, was received. Would definitely recommend Addlington West Group

Very helpful, simple process & completed really quickly.

We unfortunately had the Spray Foam installed and Removal Spray Foam came to take this out which went very well a good job done. They recommended Adlington West Group ( AWG) for us to be able to claim both for the original installation and the cost of removal back due to having had this mis-sold to us. We went ahead and when the job was completed we submitted to then the necessary documents and within 3 weeks we had confirmation from AWG and our Credit Card company they had approved the refund of the whole of our money we had paid out for both installation and the removal of the foam. With a further 2 days the money was in our Bank. So Thank you to Adlington West Group a good job done.

The claim was dealt with very quickly with very little effort on my part. I would certainly recommend this company, they were exceptionally professional and easy to deal with. With a no win, no fee deal you really cannot lose. I now have a few thousands pounds I thought I’d lost forever.

Has any one dealing with this company had to pay upfront for the spray removal then claiming back under section 75 as I was told they will get the money and you then decide if you want it taken out

I employed company to canceled my maintenance agreement with a timeshare. After 18 mouth's they were no further on with it so I went to AWG. I would like to thank AWG for settling my section 75 claim. I would recommend them because they wouldn’t take on a case unless they feel they could win it, which is rare in this industry
