Made a claim after hearing a referal from a fried. Dealt with a young man called Jack, who was incredibly helpful. He kept me updated regularly, and was incredibly polite and took his time explaining the process. Waiting on the outcome at present, but it all looks really positive. It was easy and quick - just what I wanted. No complicated jargon, and l've got peace of mind that my claim has been properly completed, because I had previously been worried that I would ruin my chances by missing something out or getting it wrong in some way if I did it myself. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly too. All in all, the ideal service for me.
