My Order was handled very well. Communications was easy and seamless. I discovered that the old mattress recycling was not included in my payment so I contacted them immediately by email and phoned them the following day. They were courteous and very supportive.
Mattress was delivered on time by Kaiser who was very helpful and kind. He took the old mattress on the same day. Thank you very much.
Recycling of old mattress is hassle-free and lifted me off from worrying about it. SIX ð STARS I WILL GIVE FOR THIS.

Great communication from driver, arrived well within the allotted time.
Somewhat surprised that it was deemed a one man job as he was struggling to manoeuvre the bed(s) and left a bit of a scratch on the wooden flooring. I had not noticed until after driver had left.
Very pleased with the bed, excellent value for money.
One star deducted for the scratch and the fact that the rubbish was not taken away. I understand this is company policy so no blame attached to the driver. In all other deliveries we have had for furniture and white goods payment for installation/set up has included removal of packaging.

Some of the screws in the ottoman base are not fixed properly and are right at the edge and not where they are suppose to be.

I purchased the Oxford Mattress from this company after reading the reviews. I was contacted the day after ordering to arrange a suitable delivery date and also received a message the day before with a four hour window and a telephone call on the day of delivery.
