I have been in the BTL market with several properties since 2014. I have remortgaged numerous times and fully understand the system.

In the past I unwittingly used various slow and frustratingly inefficient brokers. Without exception, they were all lacking by Adepts professional standards.

I was impressed with Darren from the start of the process. My latest applications from start to completion of two properties, was quicker, easier and more straight forward than any of my remortgaging in the past. On occasion I’d send emails late in the evening, I’d have a response by 8 am the next morning.

Darren secured me finance on my first investment Buy Refurbish Refinance ("BRR") bought in a limited company to both acquire the house and to refinance and release equity. This was non-standard as the house has been converted to two flats but on one freehold title and was in a poor condition. Each step with Darren moved quickly and he dealt with things well. The financing is so important to the success of the project and I would recommend Adept Mortgages for financing projects like this.
