I just wanted to leave a glowing review here for Rob and Alex at Rockhopper. We were facing a very long and drawn out conveyancing on a difficult property which caused our original offer to collapse and these guys were relentless trying to find another lender. Not a good outcome for us but if I needed to I would definitely use these guys again.

I randomly rung Rockhopper to see if I could remortgage as against Equity Release. I was so pleasantly surprised to find hey could help me where other companies couldnt as I am 80. The staff were vey helpful and professional and I am so pleased I contacted them and was able to remortgage.

I can't thank Alex Fryer and Rob Killeen enough for the hard work they did on my behalf. On a whim I wanted to purchase a buy to let. I contacted Rockhopper without knowing anything about the company, Alex and Rob both made the process stress free. I can't recommend them both enough. Thank you for your hard work on my behalf.

The Rockhopper staff right from the initial contact where and remained throughout as most professional and helpful in all aspects of the journey we have found ourselves on with them during our pathway to obtain a mortgage. The staff we mainly dealt with (Alex Fryday and Robert Kileen) where very approachable, friendly and have an extensive wealth of knowledge of their profession. We felt comfortable with the dedicated staff assigned to us and the reassurance that they were both a phone call or email away. They dealt with our queries in a timely manner and well deserve this review and scoring of five stars from us. Excellent service the first time I used them in 2018, so I used them again. Great experience once again, obtaining a better deal than I could.

We've been using Rob and his team for over 10 years and have undergone several re-mortgages with Rockhopper. Rob and Alex are fantastic at efficiently managing what would otherwise be an incredibly stressful and frustrating process. They know the market, the lenders, the exact documents required and work beyond office hours to make sure you get your offer in time. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
