Ades foods I have given you an opportunity to redeem yourselves but yet you keep letting your customers down, from sending mouldy and rotten sweetcorn to missing a whole box of red peppers in my order and asking me to check my order again, lack of refunds and me having to chase you guys for a refund should have been processed without delay.
I am genuinely concerned about what is going on with your quality control and customer service. This is not the standard I would expect from a company that values its customers.
I would appreciate an explanation and for this matter to be resolved promptly, as my confidence in ordering from you again is rapidly diminishing.

Do not order From Ades Food if you want your mental health in check . The customer service is terrible and they are not reliable or remorseful . Too many chances and for every single time they end up ruining my plans . Never again .
P.s: Please don’t reply by asking to contact you guys for anything , you guys are taking the piss cos its just a PR stunt .

Shipped to Scotland, Food remained fresh!
Products were packed neatly and appropriately and shipped all the way to Scotland! My selected delivery date was honoured and timely. They arrived fresh and still frozen. I found the Customer service to be warm and kind on the phone, prompt and attentive. I’m very impressed and will be ordering again.

Disgraceful. DO NOT patronise
Disgraceful. They mislead on p&p, sent rotten produce, sent a busted packet of garri, left stuff out of my order without informing me despite phoning to tell me specific things were missing, unilaterally decided to swap one product for another one more expensive despite agreeing to refund during the phonecall about missing items. They failed to address the following: when I called to address the above concerns a rep told me to log a complaint ticket online despite the fact I was already speaking to her. The website interface was so poor that I did not get a confirmation of order. When I messaged them I was told to make another order. Had I done so, I would have charged me twice and delivered things I dont need. When I raised a dispute with paypal a rep called me whilst I was in hospital and attempted to debate the claim. Their customer service infrastructure is bad and needs desperate improvements. I would have had no issue returning their substandard goods had they covered postage. After all, what am I going to do with a busted bag of garri, rotten lemons and replacement items I specifically asked them nit to send? Oh and before you order double check postage as they increased postage on my order without notification.

Do not order from Ades, I repeat do not order from Ades if you don’t want your item delayed and missing. They are thieves, I don’t know why I gave them another chance. Previous Order took 3weeks before it was delivered, I decided to give another chance, 2 days later I received a call that some items were out of stock.
The Orders finally came, some items were missing. Is that not theft? And the person that picked the call was not even helping matters, not professional at all. because how on earth will you guys packed incomplete orders for me. No accountability and they are not remorseful.
I blamed myself and I f**ked up big time for giving you guys another chance.

Great Food,Decent Delivery, But Winter Stock Issues
Ade’s African Food always delivers quickly and the meals taste great fresh and full of flavour. The only downside is that during winter, they often run low on stock, which can be frustrating when certain items aren’t available. Still, when everything’s in stock, it’s definitely worth ordering.

Their delivery service is very poor and customer service so unhelpful. They charge exorbitant fee for their delivery and still send the item to another house. I have had to physically go to carry my items on three different occasions.

Customer service is shit! Literally just called the line and the representative dropped the phone on me. Last time I would definitely be using them and shop at your own risk!

I have been shopping at Thamesmead branch for over 16 years and my first time online experience is so bad… We would like to support our own but not like this please
Worst online shopping…
This is the worst online shopping experience I have received so far. They are an unfortunate company operating in the UK. I will never recommend them to anyone.
They are very disorganised, have poor communication skills and their customer service approach is very porous and lackadaisical. Infact it is practically zero.
I can never use them again.

I decided to give them a s cons chance. I placed my order only for them to call me two days later to let me know that almost half my order was out of stock, I requested for them to cancel and can I also say you have the worst customer service staff honestly it’s quite disgusting. They called me another two days later me know that some more items became unavailable when it should have been cancelled. I asked for them to cancel and to email me to confirm cancellation. They did not, I even requested the first time they did now, I wish I could share screenshots of what the conversation now followed. They sent a general email and I reposted that I am still waiting for my refund mind you this is a whole week later. Just for them to say that they have cancelled my order and it should have gone back the same day, I showed them proof that it did not and they still disputed it. Till today I have not received my refund and this order was made in January. I have had to dispute with my bank. This company is the worst and I will definitely be escalating this further than my bank. Such trash of a company

If I had the option, I would give them a zero rating.
I received a shipment that included rotten peppers, and several items that were marked as shipped on their website were actually missing. I am still in the process of disputing one of the items, and they continue to refuse to provide a timely refund. This experience has revealed these individuals to be profoundly dishonest. I am taking the step to report them to trading standards because of their repeated violations of consumer rights, which is evident from the numerous negative reviews shared by others. Looking back, I sincerely wish I had taken the time to read those reviews before making my purchase. They truly are a group of untrustworthy people.

Do not order from here. They said my refund takes 3-5 working days but only processed my refund on the 8th of hen my order was delivered due to the accounts team not being around. Rubbish company

I shopped at Ade’s on Monday 23rd September, I put £1 in the trolley successfully and on my return after shopping the money got stuck in the trolley, I seek assistance from a staff member to retrieve my money but he was rude and defiant that it was not £1 but a coin. This was a ripe off.
WORST PLACE TO SHOP
Speaking as someone who orders online from Ades at least twice EVERY MONTH, They have become literally one of the WORST places to shop from.
Ordered items will go missing from your box with zero communication and accountability. Items you paid dearly for will come bad, broken and messed up. Your orders will be delayed and missing for days with no excuse nor apology. Staff will be rude, condescending, nonchalant and just downright saucy to you if you try to call and express your concerns.
ALL of this has happened to me in the past 2 months.
It’s a shitload of poor service and dishonesty. Nobody should have to pay for overpriced items and still be cheated.
Will never recommend and won’t be wasting my hard earned money on Ade’s anymore.
Well,what a palaver
Well, it seems I am not the only one who has had missing items from this seller. I have ordered from them twice and in both orders, items have been missing without explanations. I have had to chase for a reason.
In this last case, they are almost calling me a liar sending me photos of the goods, so I had to send them a picture of the opened box with the items untouched and I have asked them to send me a picture of the goods in the box before they sealed it. No reply, no refund.
How can you hope to run a long lasting successful business when you are complacent with customers’ orders.
Unfortunately, I have had to contact those I referred them to as an Online Africa Shop to buy from and tell them not to bother.
I will never order from them again. Avoid at all cost if you can. Seriously!!!
