Good customer service
I ordered 2 pairs if shoes via the website but later I had a call to say 1 pair no longer available! That was disappointing as it showed available on the website,! I ordered a 2nd pair in a different colour abd they arrived tge following day.

The shoes arrived in good time and in excellent condition. My Wife is very pleased with them. The down side was that because of Brexit we had to pay €25 extra to pick them up.

There's nothing like the British weather to ruin a good hike! Your new Raine walking boots are fully waterproof though so should see you in good stead whatever the weather. Comfortable,soft and stylish boots
The boots are very comfortable and soft inside.No blisters on first walk outside as many other boots have done. The studded outer leather is stylish, the colour an unusual broad bean shade of green which coordinates well with many colours of trousers. A well made pair of boots. Well done Adesso !

Love these shoes
Love these shoes, wasn’t sure what to expect and with having specialist insoles to 1 foot I am quite careful what I end up choosing but these are great , bought for a future holiday , soft materials but feel sturdy and good grip

more sky blue than denim blue
The image shows a much darker colour. I would describe the denim blue colour as light denim blue. I’ve coated them in navy shoe polish to produce a real denim blue. The zips were difficult to use but after wearing the boots a couple of times, the zips were much easier to do up. Nevertheless, these ankle boots were in the sale and i’m delighted with them.

Colours are very tricky to judge from a screen unfortunately. We use colour corrected monitors to try our best to replicate the colours accurately but every screen will look very different depending on settings like brightness, contrast etc. and even the type of screen being used.
I'm also delighted to hear that you managed to achieve the colour you were looking for with navy polish though; very resourceful!

Very quick and efficient service as ever BUT
What I am most impressed with is the reasoning behind why the boots were so greatly reduced in price… to avoid potentially faulty items being sent to landfill, they may not be faulty at all!!

I have this style in a different colour way, extremely comfy and cozy, much admired.
I am between sizes so went up a size which is perfect with a slightly thicker winter sock
A couple of chums liked mine so much they bought them too and love them
