Ad hoc are very professional and especially Federica was a great help.

I was looking for a room near Bristol. I was shown around by FedericA* The capital A star is the rating for a very professional and witty Italian lady who will go the extra mile. ( I even got my contract on a Sunday when they are officially closed), as she knew I had to move on Monday. I have been an Ad hoc guardian for 5 years mainly around Yorkshire. A special mention for Martin Doyle, also from Ad Hoc who has always helped me out and Trina in Bristol.

First i heard about Adhoc from a friend who's renting from GG, they're very popular but i was adviced to go for Adhoc and mine is a quite distinctive story because i paid for a unit in a city, almost moving in but got a new job in another totally different city very far from my city. Although i had paid rent, deposit and done the nesessary checks i reached out to the lady and explained my situation to her colour me shocked when she said that wasn't a problem and transfered me to Federica who happens to be an Adhoc representative renting in my new city and that was how we met. Fed is an exceptional person and a gem for Adhoc. whose professionalism and genuine care make renting a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I first reached out, her clear communication and willingness to accommodate every need were evident. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making the entire process smooth and worry-free.
