Rebecca was very helpful and explained the whole process. Everything was very smooth and in a week I was moving in.

The process of becoming a guardian was very smooth, from the first viewing, to referencing and then to moving in. Charlie and Meliz were helpful and professional and answered all of my questions.

My experience was really great.Process was fast,Federica was very friendly and nice to me.I wasted no time and checked in to my room in a very short period of time which is really great.Thanks 🤗

What a stunning experience with Fed at Adhoc property. She did a wonderful job in finding the property for our urgent occupancy within 10 days. All the paper works and agreement copies are done within a week and happily moved to a good house as per the request. Thank you somuch Fed and adhoc property for find the perfect house and assistint us throughout the end.

I’d like to comment on my on boarding process, I was going through a rough patch and I just needed to find somewhere to live. Fed is the one I spoke with, she understood my situation and made it possible for the checking process to be done within a couple of days, I appreciated that.

AdHoc have continued to deliver excellent service over the past 3 years. I had previously been a guardian with Dotdotdot and AdHoc go the extra mile to help, communicating in a timely manner, with empathy. For anyone considering guardianship, I personally recommend AdHoc - they are transparent, accountable and empathetic.

Ad Hoc have been amazing with myself and my partner so far (4 year journey). Dean and Julius especially have listened to all of our concerns and have supported us on our personal life goal of getting a mortgage.
