I spent $2,500 on a tennis bracelet from Adina Eden and the internal wire snapped after about a year, causing over 20 diamonds to fall out. Customer service said they can’t help because the warranty is only 60 days. Really disappointing for a piece at this price point.

Quality is hit or miss and the experience will ALWAYS favor the seller. Be very careful to read their return policies as when they do their frequent sales like they do at holidays- everything is so "discounted" that it prohibits you from returning for a refund despite what their advertised "easy returns" promote.
The earrings we purchased were clearly nowhere near the "advertised" price and subsequent discount and came in a cheap packaging. Buyer very beware.
