Enjoyed a wonderful Indian head massage and neck and back massage from Christine as part of Christmas gift.
Comfortable and welcoming place and Christine was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed.

Christine is professional and friendly, she takes care and attention to make you at ease and addresses your concerns, specially for my pregnancy massage. Would definitely recommend and look forward to my next session!

My massage was a Christmas gift and boy! did I enjoy it. Christine was warm and welcoming and as soon as the massage started, I knew I was in the hands of someone who really knew what they were doing. I wound up both relaxed and invigorated and I would recommend a massage from Christine for anyone.

So I have been suffering with my neck and shoulder since a car accident in 2021. Repeat appointments with my physio, following exercises but getting nowhere fast that my very tight neck and shoulder resorted in bursitus in my shoulder. I had a steroid injection that didn't work and now they want to give me trigger point injections to relax the muscle. Fed up of the only option being medical I booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage with Adjust massage. I booked an hour for £58 (I think it was £58) and it was just the best money I have spent in a long time. The lady I saw was really friendly and put me at ease straight away. The massage was everything I expected it to be and more. I was amazed at how deep she was able to get into the tight muscles and I left feeling much better. It will take a while and several treatments to work her magic but I have rebooked because after years of nothing working I finally feel like this will.

I was gifted a massage voucher for Adjust, the online booking service is good; snow prevented the therapist to make my appointment, I was phoned in advance and offered an alternative therapist or a re-book. This was all handled professionally. Christine gave a deep tissue massage, I found her to be extremely skilled, she adjusted the pressure and manipulation perfectly, she worked sensitively on tight spots, returning to them and slowly easing them. It was a really beneficial one hour of treatment, I left feeling rejuvinated.

Christine is welcoming and friendly. She listened to my needs, focusing on the points I asked her too. I had a medium massage with hot stones. The stones were so relaxing on my back. She worked wonders on my very stiff neck and shoulder. Felt very relaxed after.

Christine is very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her I had tight muscles so had a deep tissue massage it was really worth it feel much better afterwards
