Placed an order in January 2021 for delivery in November. Received an email in November saying delivery would be December. In December received first emails saying delivery would be next week. Then another email saying delivery before Christmas and now received an email saying delivery January 2022.

James has always been very informative and helpful and very knowledgeable on all products available and supplied from Adler

I've ordered through Adler with James Hope many times. He's always friendly, helpful and straightforward to deal with and the quality of the product is excellent.

Nathan is a legend! Always upbeat, friendly and persuasive on the phone whilst remaining professional and knowledgeable about the products. We are a school so have virtually no money for extras and Nathan is accepting that we only have pens when we really need them and that there is no scope for extravagance! Really good company to deal with. They crack on and get the job done! Martyn was great with my orders, attentive and helpful. Delivery could be a bit quicker but prices are always super competitive so on balance, really good.

I found the whole purchasing a very pleasurable experience. I spoke with Sally Kashani who took the time to talk me through the different options available. Sally then sent me some examples of art work that would be suitable to my needs. I have now received my order of 100 pens and I am very impressed with the quality and finish of the pens.
