J'ai reçu de vulgaire taies d'oreillers en synthétique alors que annoncé 💯 soie de mûrier.emballage vulgaire plastique pire que certains Vinted et surtout aucune étiquette produit ce qui est obligatoire.site afuire.je vais lancer un dossier pour être remboursée et signaler se site
Un marchand de tissus local confirme qu’il s'agit de synthétique et non de soie.
L'absence d'étiquette de composition est une infraction grave au règlement UE n°100/2011
Signalement DGCCRF. validé ce jour pour pratique commerciale trompeuse.
Je ne lâcherai rien sans remboursement intégral sans retour à ma charge.

I never signed up for these services, I don't even know what they are and suddenly they started debiting money from my account, I don't understand why these scammers are allowed to continue operating in the UK.

Just reported them to police, £29.99 then 2 minutes later £69 taken from my Revolut, details seem to have been stolen, changed Apple Pay details, blocked these and cancelled card
Trying to cancel an unauthorised subscription is a nightmare,

SCAM SCAM FRAUD !
Never heard of them, never seen them, nowhere in my emails, never signed up with them , they stole my details and took my money , am reporting this to the police like are you for real?! And when you want to dispute they have the audacity to ask for proof of subscription like are you kidding me ? How am I supposed to do that when I have literally never signed up!

On 28/01/2026, £30 was taken from my account by a company trading as “Moona” without my informed consent.
I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription or recurring payment. There was no clear disclosure or confirmation that a paid membership would be created. After noticing the charge, I attempted to contact the company, but customer support details are difficult to locate, which raises serious concerns.

I consider this transaction unauthorised and misleading. I have reported the charge to my bank (Revolut) and requested a chargeback.

I am requesting a full refund, immediate cancellation of any subscription, and confirmation that no further charges will be made.

This payment was not clearly disclosed, not authorised, and not knowingly agreed to.

I got charge £29.99 through my apple pay and i never heard about them and never bought anything from them and never subscribed…!!!

I would like to speak or have a conversation regarding money back.
As I can see,I’m not the first one involved in this.
Politely I would like to exchange reasons,proofs or any evidences with the body corresponding this subjects.

Not going to make a own judgement about it due 29’99 £ doesn’t change my life,however the time of the transaction (“fraud”) are a bit…weird you know.

I have never heard of moona before and it is taking 19.99 from my account regularly, can anyone give me a reason for this or a always to stop this from happening .

This is a scam service - unsure how the card payment has been set up for this - but don't approve it and avoid

Avoid at all costs , £29.99 taken from my account for nothing , i do not even know who they are this company steals your money. Unbelievable I have blocked them don’t even know how they got my details !😡

They tried to take £19.99 for no reason and I don’t even remember applying for anything about them

So I have had this company take money off me 4 days ago and I couldn't get my money back and now today they have tried again thankfully I have blocked them but I have no clue how they have my details.

I don’t even know who they are, they just try to take off £19.99 from my bank account, but I did block the transaction , they are just a bunch of scammers.

In my account, £19.99 was deducted and came back but the moment it came back, again £19.99 got deducted. I don't get why???? Because I've not used anything related to moona and I didn't even know about Moona. I just blocked my card just because of this fraudulent act. What is it?? Why is it happening?!!

They made it nearly impossible to cancel the appointment and even when I was able to cancel it ahead of time, they still sent a bill for a late cancellation. What a scam!

I have just discovered I have unknowingly paid out £1500 potentially to Moona via a convoluted chain. FSHIPP appears on credit card. Linked to e-secure pay which then leads you to Moona.I have no clue as to how this has happened and what is even for!
Terrified that this could happen to me and others.
All I can think is I have pressed a button when purchasing something for “free postage” and that has turned into a £1500 bill!
I honestly don’t know what to do.
I have been on the website. Phone number does not work. Left a message online to get a refund and will track down a refund hopefully via my credit card company.
Beyond distraught.
Feels like a criminal act of fraud.

I ordered 2x's, I gave my correct size according to their chart. Both times I didn't receive the correct size. Thank goodness my daughter can wear the size they sent as trying to return and get either a refund or a larger size is impossible.
