I have used Adler a few times over the years and have never had any problems. My recent order was with Matthew Havard went without a hitch.
Once he knew what I was looking for he guided me in the right direction.
Very happy

Helpful and reliable service. You get consistency with one of their sales team (Nicolas in our case). We always go to Adler for our staff Christmas gifts or anything we like to order with our logo on.

Lovely chatting to Nathan Davey this morning, always nice to have a cheery chap on the end of the phone, not too pushy and listens to why you didnt want a product, well done! The quality of the pens, torches and diaries are second to none, just waiting on my sanitiser bottles coming now.
Thanks again for a great service!!

Absolutely great service! Can't thank Matt Short enough! I needed a couple of changes made and these were done there & then!
Great price aswell!
Would not hesitate to recommend Adler for any business gifts :-)

Ordered pens - easy ordering process on line
Pleasantly surprised that I was able to be invoiced for the service and the invoice was not sent until the pens were received.
Pens look very professional and are nice to write with.

I had an excellent experience with Luke Washington. Although we decided to go with a Bamboo pen which Adler didn't stock, the plastic pen sample was provided promptly and communication was quick and clear. Thank you Luke
