I have placed orders with Adler for over 10 years & I always receive good service which is why come back year after year. Their products are very well received within the school, especially the pens. They are a pleasure to work with & they have proven to be very friendly & obliging. I certainly recommend Adler every time.

Great Service from Farah

I have ordered my pens from here and Farah was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.
Farah was great in helping me get my pens quickly as I have an up coming event.

Promo sales call

Was contacted by Jack Golding regarding a promo thought "oh no not another sales call" but Jack had actually thought about our business and what could benefit us, there was no pushy sales patter he just presented the offer and gave us time to think about the offer. We are a small business with a limited budget and don't use huge volumes so appreciated the offer he suggested. My only critique would be the minimum order of 50 items, a lot of small businesses and sole traders may not require 50 items or above and would or could not afford the higher prices for a restricted order. Maybe have a pricing structure for smaller businesses or start ups to support new businesses.

I ordered the pens for my deceased


I ordered the pens for my deceased Father's wake. I received a call saying the batch ordered was out of stock. After 2-sided negotiation, a repeat order was placed for a different style and rush postage would be paid by the company as my concern was the deadline of the wake, I needed them asap.
Hey presto! The pens were printed, posted and arrived 4 days later, well within the time frame.
During the whole process the customer care was what real shone for me, the representatives went over and beyond to seal the deal, making me a very happy customer.

Quality products and great service from Andy Dow

We've been a customer of Adler for many years and Andy Dow has been our account manager for the past few. The pens we order are high quality and always go down well with our clients - so much so that we are currently ordering refills too! We never feel under pressure to buy and Andy is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and pricing. We are very happy with the service we receive. Thank you!
