Farah rang me when I was very busy. I explained this to her which she appreciated and she quickly enquired if I needed any bits. I knew what I wanted so Farah quickly processed our order with no fuss. Don't always have time to chit chat and doesn't work for me if I am busy. In fact it can push me the other way in not ordering.

I have used Adler in the past and I have always been very happy with their services and enjoy their personal approach. I am never passed between sales people, which makes a big difference. Luke Washington dealt with my enquiry this time and provided excellent service. Our merchandise is quite specific to our trampoline club and Luke helped us to find us the perfect training diary for our members, whilst ensuring it was affordable.

We have been using Adler for many years now and have always received excellent customer service. Everyone we have spoken to has been excellent but especially Hilbert today who really took the time to understand what product may help our business.

this is the 2nd time i,ve used adlers services.a while back i ordered a batch of pens to give out to my customers and they were lovely.real quality.great gift..i,m still using mine now.this time i,ve just ordered a batch of the irredecent pens,i was sent a sample of one.again it was lovely quality.a friendly,polite chap named joost took my order.very polite and efficient,i,m looking forward to recieving my new batch of pens..i,ll have plenty of smiling customers,well i always give credit where it,s due,especially as business is tough at moment and adlers products have been great,smart pens and real quality..i will certainly use them again.

I received a phone call from Farah today about my stationary needs. She was super helpful and pointed out some products that maybe a better fit to the ones I normally buy. She was helpful with ideas on what was needed on the products and how to place it. In the end the call dealt with everything I needed.

I’ve been buying from Adler for a few years now. Sally Kashani, my “sales person”, has a great manner about her and was very helpful with my latest purchases. She is very knowledgable about the products on offer and was able to offer some benefits with my latest purchase.
