I had a number of speeding tickets and while not proud of that fact, I felt there were some mitigating circumstances. I had spoken to a few lawyers before I got Andrew's number and after speaking to him it was an easy decision. He was creative, down to earth and knew the system backwards. He was ethical but aware of all the details of the speeding industrial complex.
