After deciding to get a divorce I needed to make sure I was advised on where I stand. After an initial call I booked an appointment to discuss all the procedures and what I needed to do. Very friendly and very informative. would Highly recommend

I choose Austin Kemp specifically for the advice of a solicitor called Simon Rosenthall. I had already used his services previously at another firm an thought he was very good at his job. He took the time to explain what I thought was a legal nightmare an made everything make sense he gave me very good advice that i genuinely believed helped merepresent myself and win custody of my children which was the most important thing in my life an I trusted him completely. He even took the time after my case had ended to make sure everything went ok for me an gave me extra advice which I thought was a very nice touch. Couple years down line I had more legal issues an the only reason I choose Austin Kemp was because Simon Rosenthall was part of the team an yet again he delivered great service an put my mind at ease about my legal issues. Would highly recommend him to anyone because he genuinely cared about my situation an he saved my children lives an mine an I can't thank him enough for it.

I was using a different law firm before switching to Austin Kemp, and I was incredibly unhappy with them. When I decided that it was time to change firm, I started interviewing all the firms I could get an appointment with in a reasonable amount of time. I ended up speaking with Emma Birch, and she really gave me the impression of being highly experienced, highly logical, and she understood my situation straight away. I decided to go with Austin Kemp because of the way Emma Birch came across during the first call, and I wasn't disappointed.

Emma guided me on how to deal with some proceedings I had pending (and were managed by the previous firm). Meanwhile, my ex's situation changed and we decided to go for a deed of separation before divorcing. Emma's work on the deed of separation has been great, and she delivered it quite quickly. She then guided me through my divorce application and proceedings, which also included a clean break consent order.

As it turns out, Emma is pleasant and easy to talk to, she has a huge amount of experience, she is dedicated, she is intelligent, and she does her due diligence. I also like the fact that she tells you what she thinks, being straightforward really helps a lot.

I haven't had much contact with other people at Austin Kemp, therefore I don't really have an opinion of the firm. I just know that Emma Birch (who works at Austin Kemp) has done a very good job in my case, and I can highly recommend her personally.
