Was soll ich sagen, ich bin sehr enttäuscht, die Lieferung lasse ich mir noch gefallen, dass es gedauert hat, aber nach voller Freude und dem Öffnen der Verpackung war ich sehr enttäuscht, diese Farbe von den Schmuckstücken ist einfach hässlich, es sieht so dermaßen gelb aus, dass man sich schämt es zu tragen. Keine gute Qualität, schade.

I don’t have a problem with how long delivery took but the products are rubbish,I only wore the necklace I ordered twice and it turned black I have to dispose it,I mean I wasn’t expecting top quality for that price but I’m disappointed and I feel scammed and I’m just gonna trash the rest.waste of money.

We took your feedback very seriously and immediately investigated the issue. There was indeed a quality issue with the material used in that specific batch. Please rest assured that we have entirely discarded that stock. We have since completely upgraded the product to a high-quality, PVD gold-plated stainless steel base, which offers excellent tarnish resistance and durability.

Unsatisfied with the delivery
This is a scam. Don't purchase anything from them. They'll keep your package in transit for weeks, won't give any updates about the delivery process and then claim that they delivered their package falsely. 100% scam, report and block this site. DO NOT PURCHASE AT ALL.
Edit: It was a miscommunication and they offered refund in case the package was lost. They have been patient with enquiries. But the delivery process can certainly be developed.
