Deceptive delivery details
If you miss the delivery.there is no redelivery.you will have to pick up the parcel from a depot on the other side of town. Wasting your time and money. On top of that if it's faulty or you don't want it then you have to pay any costs to return the goods. Regret buying from this business

Hello Sean,
We are very sorry to hear that you didn't like our service.
We have provided you with a tracking number and asked you to be at the address on the day, but no one was there to attend so the first delivery was missed. Unfortunately Startrack charges us for any subsequent deliveries so we can only do it once for any order. Startrack has asked you to collect anytime from their depot but you refused and just asked for full refund.
Adore Tackle covers the shipping in one direction (free of charge to you). But our Terms and Conditions (that you have agreed on when buying the item) specifically mention one delivery attempt and Buyer pays for return shipping if he wants to return the goods.
Thank you for your understanding.
Respectfully,
Dan
