Always prompt and efficient service. Very friendly and lots of help when needed. I have spent lots with this company as I have found them to be the best on-line for Aussies. Awesome company.

always excellent products

Great products at fantastic prices. Comparable European quality at very affordable price points equalling Japanese gear

Good products at a good price. Promptly delivered in good condition. Very happy and looking forward to my next purchase.

Delivery was a little slow, however in todays climate and chaos, what really can be described as slow??The ordered rod was in excellent condition on arrival and I am really looking forward to give it a significant test . I will return for more gear . Regards

Great service and shipping speed toped by great prices and brands

I recently got a great fishing reel ,
the DAM Quick pro 3000 size

Good service good products i would recommend that if anyone needs fishing gear that they look here first

Good to deal with everything I've brought so far has matched the description

Fast service and good communication. The quality of the rod and reels were great.

Great product, easy site to navigate, good service, although delivery was a bit slow. Took 10 days for reel to arrive but would use this supplier again.

Sadly, I had several issues with the rod that I got from you guys, I am recurrent customer. Instead of admit the item was defective, DAN (from AdoreTackle) preferred to blame me for all the issues and pointed it was a clear case of "rod mishandling", even he sent me a link to check your blog and "This will give you an idea how to handle your rod" he said. This is a clear insult for me, I am not a rookie. Too poor customer service, you guys do not care about your customers, at least, DAN does not.

Smooth transaction, delivery, and good packaging. Delightful to deal with
