Sailing with Adriatic Experience was one of the best trips of my life! Our captain and chef took amazing care of us and went above in beyond in providing a flow of local tips, amazing food/drink (seriously, I gained weight), and a wonderful sailing experience. The boat was clean, comfortable, and you can't beat those clear blue waters! Would absolutely book again!

We had the best time Sailing in Greece with Adriatic Experience! From start to finish Adriatic Experience was a fantastic booking experience. They were knowledgable and quick to respond when we approached them with our rough desire to sail in Greece with some friends. FYI we were traveling from the United States. They outlined an itinerary for us and made every step of the process seamless and easy with multiple boat options, prices, and routes. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as expected and we simply had the trip of a lifetime visiting 5 unique Greek Islands, while eating amazing food from our chef, and feeling very well taken care of by our skipper. We will absolutely be using Adriatic Experience for future travels, and highly recommend them!!

The trip constructed by Adriatic Experience was lovely down to the final detail. The team of Nina and Barbara were in just the right amount of touch with us throughout and we always felt well informed. The venues and hotels were well thought out, the guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and we came home feeling as though we had experienced something magical.

Just returned from an amazing week at villa Folie a Deux in Duboka Bay. Firstly, communication from the very start was brilliant. Both Nina and Martina responded to emails promptly and answered all our many questions! We decided to get to Brac on the ferry. The taxi meet us at Split airport, straight on to 50 minute ferry, then taxi (via Lidl in Supetar) to the villa. Martina was there to meet us and showed us around the lovely villa, which feels more like a home. She gave us lots of info on the area, transport, food etc and was on hand for the whole time to help with anything. Always friendly, always efficient. It felt like having a local friend that you could just text with silly questions! The villa is very spacious and spread over 3 floors (lots of stairs!) The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we found everything we needed as we ate in a lot. Everything is spotless and the towels provided were lovely and plentiful. The pool area is lovely although we spent very little time there as the AMAZING sea is a stones throw away! We loved the swimming platform, which is quite large compared to others around, with enough room for all 8 of us. The water is incredible and the bay itself is quiet, breathtaking and unique. We spent hours in the water using the paddle board and kayak that belong to the villa. We also hired a double kayak, arranged by Martina. It wasn’t cheap, but worth it as there is exploring to be done! I would say that getting in and out of the water would be a bit tricky for young kids or anyone with limited mobility, but I know Nina is looking into possibly getting a ladder. We ate all our meals on the outdoor table, which is shady and cool when it’s hot! We didn’t hire a car, but Martina arranged for taxis whenever we need to into Milna (10 min drive and about £12.50 each way) to buy supplies, have a stroll and an ice cream or have a meal. Milna is quiet, lots of amazing boats and a chilled vibe. There are small grocery stores, great bakery and we managed to get all we needed. There is no air con in the villa and we did get hot. The fans provided as a God send. Unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitos around this summer, which I believe is unusual, so we couldn’t really open up windows etc, but that’s just one of those things. It certainly didn’t stop us having the most wonderful time and I think we are all spoilt for life! A boat trip is a must! We hired a private boat that picked us up from the villa. It’s all so stunning. Recommend highly.

Had a great time with Adriatic Experience. It was a once in a lifetime trip with many unique experiences that we would have never found on our own. Each activity was engaging and then transitioned smoothly to the next one. Our group always knew what we were doing next and that was very reassuring being so far from home.

Seamless transitions at each stage created a sense of security. Each guide was personable and knowledgeable. Nina crafted the activities to match our collective interests - no small task considering our ages, prairie origins and our 10 different personalities. Our skipper Jurko responded to our desires to swim in quiet lagoons, jump off cliffs. Ivana culinary skills created onboard meals and snacks that matched our wants. This was an experience to be cherished - our 50th anniversary with our 4 kids and their spouses.

Our family has been traveling around the world for over 7 months, and our time sailing with Adriatic experience was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we have had anywhere!

Nina was meticulous in the pre-trip planning. Her customer service is truly unparalleled. Because we were traveling during the shoulder season we didn't have to be quite as prepared as guests in mid-summer. However, I would trust her to make sure we had a smooth, perfectly planned itinerary even during the busiest weeks of the summer.

Our crew, Jerko and Ivona were also incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. I already miss Ivona's cooking. (She even catered to our extremely picky 9 year old daughter.)

We will return! It was too good not too.

Adriatic Experience planned a wonderful trip to Croatia for my daughter and me in 2017 which included hotels, transportation from/to the airport and between the mainland and the islands, tour guides and tours and last but not least a fantastic dinner on the island of Korcula. Customer Service was top notch not only before but during our trip. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Working with Adriatic Experience was so easy and everything was wonderful! They were always one step ahead of us confirming reservations and solving any potential problems before they could happen. Best travel company I’ve ever used!

Almost everything was 5-star, but not transportation
The yachts to Dubrovnik were too small. Would have been good to have bigger. And if bigger we could have had our group together instead of split.
The bus to and from Bosnia was brutal -- below one-star. We were frozen in immigration lines while cars sailed through. In this case, split us up in cars.
ALL DAY for a couple of hours there. Awful

The apartment we rented at Brac was a fantastic old but newly refurbished apartment and the sailing trips were great!!

Amazing service and a magnificent cultural experience! From wine, stonemasons, nature to brilliant sailing and eating, OH the eating!

Jonathan and I enjoyed our trip with Adriatic Experience so much we went back for a second Sailing Adventure the following year. Nina was exceptional at designing a personalized and unique touring experience while Cap'n Rob was great at exploring the islands and navigating in international waters our sailing adventure along the Croatian Coast from Split to Kotor, Montenegro. A truly memorable experience stopping at many spectacular islands and medieval villages. Our adventure included private wine tastings at local vineyards, visiting native craftsman-stonemason and hiking up to walled fortresses that were scattered along the coast. The tour also included exploring by land the northern coast of Croatia finishing in Rovinj, a picturesque fishing village. Their excellent knowledge of sailing and the coast created an exclusive experience unique in the travel world.

Adriatric Experience planned a wonderful custom trip for us. Every detail was perfect, they listened to our interest and expectations and then customized a beautiful trip through Croatia for us. They suggested adding on time in Slovenia, which we hadn't thought of and it was great. The schedule, the guides and the restaurant recommendations all exceeded our expectations. Their local knowledge and contacts are a big advantage. They spent as much time with us in planning as we wanted, we never felt rushed or that they were too busy to answer our questions or accommodate any special requests. Every person we dealt with on their staff was very thorough and thoughtful. This really is an excellent travel company. I highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful Adriatic experience. One of our best family vacations ever.

They think of everything. Each day was filled with adventure. Our favorite activities were local wine tasting and sailing to swimming coves for a leisurely lunch.

As the veteran of many trips and many travel companies we can say that nina provided us the most personalized and satisfying experience we have ever encountered. We hold her up as the standard to which we compare all others.
